Thank you!

Great job on the game! The controls felt very intuitive, the unlock feature was well implemented, and the level design/art was well done! GRIB MUST SURVIVE!

Great job on the game! I absolutely love the aesthetic, music, and vibe you are going for! I feel like having the controls listed in the game would help out a ton, because I was confused at first, and found myself stuck a lot. Thankfully the controls are on the page itself, so that helped! I found I would get stuck at 0 speed in the middle of nowhere a lot. Not really sure how to mitigate that. It felt super fun zooming around though and seeing how fast I could go! I lovvveeee the cats in space theme! AGHH CATS!!! :D :D :D Love your game image and the cat in the lower left! And the floating cats! And the music!

Great job! Everything about the game feels fun and smooth to play! It is smooth like butter! I agree with PieroTechnical, one of my favorites from the jam!

Thanks for checking the game out! Yea it was a lot of fun!

Thanks for letting me know and for checking the game out!! :D

Great job on the game so far! I am just now learning Unreal Engine and am a beginner to game dev, so I enjoyed watching your series on the game! It is exciting to see how far you have progressed on this game!

Is there a way to download the previous versions? I want to see the original map and check out the night mode as well!

Oh, yea that is intended. You are an NPC confined to a predefined area in a world where the player forgot to pause the game before going afk. It is either a prison or a paradise, depending on your perspective (or something entirely new that I haven’t noticed yet. Art is in the eye of the beholder after all!)

We really don’t. This has been such an eye opening experience!

Thanks! I actually only had 24 hours because of life lol, but I’m glad I was able to pull it off and create this work of art.

Thanks! I’m glad you liked it! Yes, the NPCs truly have to deal with a lot.

I am glad that more people are diving into the depth that is the life of an NPC! There is so much more to NPCs than code or questlines. They are creatures with lives that we will never see. The NPCs are finally getting a voice!

Why thank you! I really wanted to capture the core essence of the NPC condition and speak on the morality and ethics behind it. NPCs are such unique creatures and I am glad that I am not alone in this perspective!

Really cool game! The game doesn't work well on Chrome, so I tried it on Firefox and it worked. The controls/camera wonked out for a couple seconds upon starting the game, but stabilized afterwards. The movement was a lot of fun! I got stuck or ran into the sides of the road some, but the movement was really nice and I found myself double jumping the whole time because it felt fun and like I was going faster. The mini game idea is cool, but I found the pizza one to be difficult. The other 2 I could complete well, while still feeling the challenge of the intense music and clock. The pizza one I did it twice and couldn't complete either time. The timer just seemed slightly too short, or the ingredients resetting on error felt really punishing. It doesn't need to be easy, but maybe should be tuned slightly. Overall though, it was pretty fun! Great job!

Really cool game and idea! I am still working on figuring out what piece of evidence to use. I am mostly sure of who the murderer was, but still progressing lol. This was a really cool and unique idea! The storytelling is really good! Makes this small little world feel alive (well, alive for the not dead people) Interesting take on the theme! Great job!

Great job on the game! I can tell you put a lot of thought and work into it! It is a really cool concept! It was a little confusing to get the hang of, but eventually I figured it out. The strategy behind it is pretty cool! Great job!

Yea, I want to figure out how to add the score to the game over screen. Glad you liked the game!

Thanks! The top shelf just needs to be aimed at. I didn't know how to add a crosshair and ran out of time, but I have since added one. I am not sure how much I will continue working on the game, but I like doing post-game jam updates to my games with tweaks that are much needed lol. Once I have time, I'll figure out how to add a restart button too. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks! I do not know what an azerty keyboard is like lol. Do arrow keys work on that?

Very cute game and very aesthetic! The sound and visuals are sooo good! I couldn't get past the first jump in the game unfortunately, but what I did see was very pretty! I am sure the rest of the game was lovely! The music was very relaxing! Great job! :D

I just accidentally got past the first obstacle. Woo! Time to try the game out for real lol. Nvm. I got stuck. lol! Still really cool game!

Really pretty game! I agree with the others that the aesthetic is very pretty! I also think that the UI pulls the player out of the game some. Also, I am not sure if other people experienced this, but the game had major performance issues for me. Could be because it is in browser, or I have several things open, or something. It is worth looking into though, as you continue to build and develop this game. Great job!! :D

Lol! While I don't have a PS5, that definitely was the vibe I was going for! Glad you enjoyed it! :D

Thanks! This was a very fun project and it was cool seeing what I am capable of with 3d game dev in a short span of time! This is my second 3d game I've made, and it is so much fun! I'm glad you liked the game!

Thanks! Duly noted. After the voting period I am going to update the game with a crosshair added, because I agree, the game definitely could use it! I just didn't know how to add one at the time lol. Glad you liked the game!

Aww I am sorry to hear that. I know sensitivity is an issue with the game currently, so that may have been part of it? I have an idea on something I am going to do with the game to hopefully either lower the file size to run on browser, or hopefully make things smoother or something. Hopefully this will help solve the issue you were having. Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you! :D

Thanks! I figured out what was causing the incredibly high mouse sensitivity, and have fixed it. It had to do with the way the sensitivity was coded. I'll roll out that update either after the voting period or after the second round has been announced. Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you liked the game!

Really nice mechanics! I liked the sound effects that the left and right click made and just sat there making drum beats with the sounds lol! The movement was very fluid! Great job! Also, while the larger field of view is nice, i feel that having it closer to the player, like the default mode, makes it feel more immersive. Great job!

Thank you! :D I will keep that in mind regarding the sensitivity. It was a tiny bit high for me in Unity, but I didn't think to test it outside of Unity, which I definitely should have done lol. Live and learn, I will add that to my list of things to do going forward!

Thanks! I really appreciate that! Also, duly noted on the sensitivity. When I was testing it in Unity, the sensitivity was a tad high, but within the realm of normal, but considering the setting has it set at 300, that should have been an indicator to me to test the game outside of Unity lol! I will keep that in mind for future updates on this game and journey as a game dev!

lol! Oh my goodness, you are right! That'd be so cool if this became the next tiktok background game lol! Also, speedrunning did cross my mind as I develop it, I will have to keep that in mind! Regardless of if the game progresses to future rounds, I have a couple ideas in mind for this game, and want to research the design process of speedrunning games. Thanks for the feedback!

Really cool game! The aesthetic and atmosphere is so pretty! I found jumping to be a bit annoying either due to the game running slowly or the way the mechanics felt. The music is very calming and fits the artistic style you are going for! Great job!

Really cute game! I love the aesthetic, music, and sound design! The style is super cool! :D

It took me a second to figure out how to play the game, but I figured it out! Cool idea! My game turned out kind of similar, but a tad different in the end lol. Just a heads up, there is a glitch with the UI where both the You Lost and You Win screens appeared and overlapped. I forgot how I made the glitch, but something to look out for!

Great game! Really good concept and cool way of story telling! I initially got the bad ending, then the good ending, then the partially bad ending. I am having a hard time getting the partially good ending, but I am not sure if I am doing it wrong, or if that ending is super buggy, or what. Still, really cool idea! You should keep working on this game! It's really cool and inspires me to want to try making story games like this! Great job!

Awesome! I'm glad you liked it! I'll keep that in mind!

I am very impressed! You told such a deep story through this game and explored the stages of grief in such a way with so few words that I haven't seen in many games! It is a simple story, but a truly deep one! It feels like it is a game, or piece that was made from a personal experience, and if that is the case, or anyone in particular was in mind while you worked on this, I am soo sorry for your loss! This is so deep and the fact that there is less than 100 words in the whole game (minus the credits scene), is so intriguing! You don't need words or sentences to tell such a human experience. Great job!

Cool idea! I was confused at first at what to do, but that is just because I didn't read the itch page first lol. The fact that only one can make it to the end and if the other touches you lose a life or if both touch you lose a life makes this game have an interesting take on the concept! The heart system is also interesting! I think this game would benefit from having a menu with a reminder of the objective. Also, the "You Die" screen applies to when you win as well, so may want to fix that! Great job and it is a fun idea! You should make more levels! :D

Great game! Really cool idea! The boss fight was difficult for me for a while, because I couldn't figure out how to survive the projectiles, and wasn't sure if I had to jump on the enemy, but then I got a strat of just jumping as if I was playing with a jump rope lol. The strat to defeat the enemies was also easy because I could just stand on the arrow platform. That said, even though the strat was easy, getting through the boss fight was not lol. Great job! It'd be cool to see the other elements of the level make more sense in that fight, but the difficult was pretty good. I also thought that maybe getting more slime gave me a larger health pool, but then I realized it didn't lol. Neat idea of having the enemies make you a larger target! That's a really cool mechanic! Well done!

Thanks for the feedback! Could you expand on your comment? What kind of goals/challenges and mechanics do you think would help? I’m working on an update for the game, and while I’m going to have the original play style of the game as a game mode, I’m open to trying something else out in its own game mode! (For example I’m making a zen/free play mode.)
