Okay thanks. Now I have to make game to use it in.

I figure this would be really useful for a virtual pet style game. I keep reading the gamemaker forums that there's probably an extension that can do it. Is this the one?

All the characters have the same movement attributes. The only difference is their main attack. Which room is it specifically?

I like the idea of virtual pets. Although I can tell it doesn't have the full 64x64 look. Pixels move too smoothly. Healthbar looks out of place notably. It's gamemaker so resize the application layer to 64x64.

I've been working on hotfixes for the past few days I hope it doesn't break this time. Try the new download

okay I updated the apk, so it's probably fixed. I can't keep updating it though. If there's any more bugs it'll have to wait for the next build.

I'll look into the button issue. but I don't have an issue with saving and loading on my phone so I don't really know what's wrong on your end.


The arcade game has touch controls. You just have to press the big controls button when you start it to switch to it.

I'm not exactly sure how to fix it. I used different project files from the pool party. It shouldn't associate with it at all. I tried installing it on my phone and see the same issue.

The apk has been updated recently to fix the crashing. It's working on my galaxy A51. If it still doesn't work. I don't really have any fixes.

Don't really know what else to do. I've already turned vsync on. It's as smooth as it's going to get. I don't know who would want a slower game. even for a vn

Hmm seems you were right after all.  I fixed the performance now. But I gotta wonder what computer you're using to play this. The lag isn't noticeable unless I look at the debugger closely. note that the preview will take a while to upload. My internet is very slow

What have you done in it? I've had a few friends play it earlier and they experienced no lag.

I don't mind the player's weapons being inaccurate. But it doesn't work for the enemies, they need the accuracy buffed. it's easier to dodge a bullet if you know exactly where it will go. shots that whiff you don't work well with these controls.

Say you play a game for one minute, and then it moves onto a different game after the time is up.

Kinda like warioware but with much longer duration

4 direction movement, party list with stats you'll never use. Limited buttons, among other things.

Is the charm of yume nikki based on these limits of rpgmaker?

I use gamemaker. It wouldn't be difficult to emulate these limitaitons, but it also feels arbitrary to do so.

I can make full top-down movement. Clean up the pause menu. Add more actions...which probably isn't necessary. But does that not make it a yume nikki game?

That works actually.

You can't drop your tail to if you don't like new one you get. It'll just disappear. It's only there if you want to revert back to the default fox tail.

What parts of the game make it difficult? is it the enemy attacks? They're actually really predictable, except the otter. But I don't know any other reasons.

But I think I'll keep the difficulty as is. You gotta work for the cummies here. 

what could I do to determine if you top or bottom?  I want to avoid doing an explicit dialouge box to select.
