Say you play a game for one minute, and then it moves onto a different game after the time is up.

Kinda like warioware but with much longer duration

Is this against the rules or not?

The microgame idea is fun and if you feel that would be a good application of the theme I'd definitely encourage it. 

Whilst it's not quite what I had in mind, games that are made in the spirit of constraining gameplay in terms of time are welcomed. I wouldn't remove a game from the jam that sincerely tried to interpret the theme.
