What have you done in it? I've had a few friends play it earlier and they experienced no lag.

Game is really buggy on my side as well. It keeps sending me back to the beginning of the game, and if I try to skip the dialogue to get back to where I was, the text just doesn't appear.

Besides adjusting the audio sliders and cranking the text speed to almost max, I didn’t do anything besides play the game like how I normally would.

When Owen got on screen is when the lag became too much and I stopped out of concern.

Hmm seems you were right after all. I fixed the performance now. But I gotta wonder what computer you're using to play this. The lag isn't noticeable unless I look at the debugger closely. note that the preview will take a while to upload. My internet is very slow

Okay, I played through the “lag fix” version and I don’t know how to describe this but it feels like the framerate has no set maximum. Like framerate seems too high, like concerningly high.

Also maybe remove the debug stuff from the UI.

Don't really know what else to do. I've already turned vsync on. It's as smooth as it's going to get. I don't know who would want a slower game. even for a vn

Something just feels weird when I play it and I can’t really put my finger on it, uwu.
