Very nice idea! Trying to traverse the environment as efficiently as possible was fun, and the map seemed quite expansive.

Very fun game and concept! Game loop is relatively simple but the whole thing is very intuitive and I found myself playing for longer than expected. My main nitpicks are that diamonds don't feel too useful and that there were some minor spelling errors. The game might also be a little too easy, but I didn't mind.

Appreciate the feedback!

I like the idea of a trap-based tower defense game, and I found the graphics and sound quite charming. Unfortunately it took me several attempts to figure out how to actually place/upgrade(?) objects, and I couldn't get past the 2nd level despite my best efforts. Like you said, the game needs more balancing, and more visual feedback IMO. Maybe for a post-jam version?

Thanks for the feedback!

Very nice little deck builder. I think the sigil system was nice, and the "pity" system helped to keep things balanced and not too luck dependent, while still keeping to the theme. Only issues I ran into were lack of sounds, and being able to open up your deck during the intro, which results in a game over.

Good all-round game. Usually I am worried when playing platformers for jams as I find them too difficult, but I found yours very balanced and simple to understand. Checkpoints were nice as well.

Very nice! Simple concept executed well, and fits the theme. I guess the only think I can offer as an improvement is to let people use DOWN as a way to drop blocks? And maybe up to reroll?

Graphics are fun, and the concept of training using QTEs is nice. Main issues are that you need the mouse to click the buttons AFAICT, and that if the game isn't in fullscreen, the QTE window gets cut off.

Thanks for the feedback! We'll take the timer critique into account

Nice little game, reminds me a lot of TBOI (I assume it was an inspiration?). I think having the bullets fire automatically was a smart choice, and the pace of the game was good. I think my main gripes would be a lack of walls/geometry (that I came across at least) to use to route enemies, and health/luck being a bit too limited. Overall though nice job.

Thanks for the feedback! Sorry the palette was an issue for you, saving could definitely be improved.

A good start, even if there isn't much content at the moment. I think you should keep at it and make a complete game off of what you have!

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, maybe a visual indicator of strength, or some ways to level out outside of combat would have been good.

Music and art were nice, and I like the concept of using attacks against you to do damage, fits with the theme well. However I think the downtime between attacks is too long, maybe if you could trigger the strikes yourself? Also, I ran into a bug(?) on the first boss where they dissapeared after the first hit, except for during charging attacks.

Thanks!

Like the graphics and music a lot, and the variety in level design is nice. I think the fall speed is a bit quick though, that combined with the limited screen space made it hard for me to beat the levels (I am bad at platformers).

Appreciate it!

Nice little game, good interpretation of theme. Also somewhat replayable given the score and modifiers system. Graphics were also nice and charming. I guess my biggest gripe is the lack of sound, and that the skill check prompt can feel a little too sudden, maybe give the player a moment to get ready before starting it?

Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the feedback! There actually ARE checks to achieve the things you recommended in the code, though evidently they don't always work as planned, haha.

Had fun exploring the graveyard environment, even if character speed was a little slow. I liked how much there was to interact with for sure, though I think the general mechanics were a bit clunky.  Overall a good experience though

Nice game to have in the background while ranking other submissions (this is a complement, I swear). Mechanics felt intuitive and art was nice. I think maybe adding more player choice would be good, though admittedly I can't think of any specific simple modifications that could be done off the top of my head.

Definitely takes me back to my experiences of crashing out hard on the carpet during my college days lol, especially with the battle between the different parts of the psyche. Drags on somewhat, but I guess that is the point?

I like the concept of building up your stats via random events, but the fact that (so far as I could tell), everything was determined by luck made the gameplay quite frustrating unfortunately. You can't really do anything but roll and hope you get a good run. I think if you fleshed out the game more with branching paths, different dice, etc (basically more player choice), and sped the rolls up, you would have a really enjoyable game.

Nice game! Jokes were chuckle-worthy ("this is my favourite fridge" made me smile more than it realisistically should have) and pacing was overall well-done. As far as "gameplay" goes it was pretty minimal, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I guess for nitpicks I think adding in some more sounds (e.g. for item switching) wouldn't have gone amiss. Is PhantomCamera a good Godot plugin?

Nice game! A little rough around the edges but controls were good and there was a lot of content. Nitpicks I would have would be that the camera feels a little too zoomed in sometimes, and high jumps could be a little clunky on a keyboard

Interesting idea, really mixes up the classic shooter concept. Unfortunately the shadows did seem to bug out a good bit to me when flares were added into the mix. Overall though, nice job

Humour on point and enjoyed the variety in... bathrooms. Nice job

Nice core gameloop. Swimming controls were a little weird but I guess that was on purpose. I think there's a surprisingly high skill ceiling if you take into account the order in which you get fish, and remembering different people's orders. Well done

Interesting idea... maybe for a sequel
