Erm, I did add sound... hmm might be a bug... Nooo, I want them to be hard to find but easy to spot so I added the light but I see what you mean, if it helps batteries are around sites of interest like slender: the eight pages. maybe a sound or feedback when you're near them?

Yeah I bit off a bit more than I could chew, there was so many more features I had planned that I couldn't implement in time. I'm definitely going to work in 2d next jam but I'm glad to have had at least a solid foundation and functional game loop. It needs a reason to run toward the camera instead of backwards every where like maybe some entities that are harmful and more dynamic than the passive angels
I'm so cooked, this game is really well made... really leaned into the theme by being super chaotic, great game feel, amazing pacing, forgiving checkpoints, good art and sound design also can't forget the silly story and the fact I played until the end, like all the boxes have been checked, such a solid submission well done!
I'm not really big on text games but this was really enjoyable, it's like a condensed rogue-lite version of 60 seconds. The writing is descriptive and well polished, paired with the aesthetic and limited control scheme it really sets the scene. it's impressive you made a complete game in only 3 days, my brother is big into text games and I could see him playing this on mobile
I like how the art style is reminiscent of early flash games, the duplication glitch is an awesome idea and executed well, it's so satisfying hitting it just right. This is a solid concept and a great start especially in 3 days, my only issue is that I think even with duplication the pacing is a little off, like it could really do with some rebalancing and slight tweaks
