As an artist i love weird and crazy art and ttrpgs. Last night I got really interested in One-Word and One-Page RPGs that push back against "what is a game?" Theres a question i similarly know of "What is art?"
I feel like this is a combo of both combined. This is both an art piece and a game.
You open the PDF and then follow the rules of the game, either how their laid out or in your own interpretation.

Would love to know what you think if you check it out!
thanks! i havent used Gdevelop in awhile but its pretty basic, the rod never actually moves in this its just 2 frames. the hook is a physic object that i shoot off based on how long you hold down the button for. the line i lerped between the end of the pole and the hook. and then just had it drag the hook towards the pole, and once close enough it hits a hitbox and auto reels the rest of the way.
I cant give much more info off the top of my head sadly, but hope that basic stuff helps, if you have any more questions i might be able to help.
fun little game! i think how you went about the theme was really well done!
Enemies seemed alittle underwhelming, it wasnt hard to just sit outside of most of their ranges and just spam bullets at them, and at times felt as if they just had far too much health.
Otherwise really good! audio was simple but effective, and the visuals did really well and read really easily
hey thanks for checking it out, the theme is confined, so i went with being confined to only certain areas within the levels, 1st level the outer edge, 2nd the middle, and 3rd bottom half. The dodge was mostly just for scenarios where a player may have felt they needed an escape but completely get it feeling unnecessary! Ill probably add a quick way to just hold the mouse as well for an attack once the jam is done, in my rush i didnt think much about it tbh. Thanks for the feedback! and will check yours out!
impressive game! I didnt get far into it however what i did play I enjoyed!, the mix of genre was also really interesting to see.
The fairy following the mouse is an interesting idea, however I think it needs alittle tweaking, it feels just a little too slow at times, and felt like i got hit acouple times without much i could do.
Otherwise a really cool little concept that i may even come back to in the future to try and finish!
