Great visuals, innovative concept, good work!

wow. speechless.

thanks a lot!

Umm, not sure if u commented on the right post, but there was actually 7 levels and a level select screen in the main menu of the game. I don't recall any blood effects? but maybe you were referring to the bloom post processing that I applied.

haha, yeah 3 hours didnt really leave a lot of time for balancing.

thanks!

200 seconds yooo

lo siento, no hablo inglés

You can't go backwards though, so it would just be WSD, which I found kind of weird.

If nothing goes wrong, you are definitely winning the jam with this entry. Fantastic presentation and gameplay!

Thanks!

yeah, I didn't have much time left for balancing after I made the actual gameplay and stuff so the spawn rates are kinda messed up lol

Thanks!

merci!

Really great polish and visuals! I think the margin of error for dodging could be increased, currently its a choice between going off the rail or hitting the obstacle with a small window of safety.

Really good game concept! execution could be better, especially any sort of tutorial.

Simple and cool idea! I think it would benefit from random platform generation so you don't have to play the same level every time.

Fun gameplay! Though I would have liked to see a score for my effort, and the music choice didn't fit the style of the game. Solid submission.

Great idea for a game! I couldn't manage to get past the start though, everytime I pressed the left and right arrow keys to turn, it kinda moved sideways. With some polishing to the movement, this could be a great little game.

Great sound design! It's a little tricky to see though, I would suggest increasing the brightness a bit to make the obstacles more readable.

yeah, I'm definitely gonna polish it up a bit after the jam ends.

Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback!

Very creative concept and addicting gameplay! You focused on polishing a simple idea and it worked. Good job!

Thanks so much!

thanks for the feedback!

There was no absence of polish, everything felt great to do, I'm just not good with puzzles of any sort, so I eventually resorted to button-mashing and hoping that I would get lucky lol. Good game!

Thanks!

Thanks so much! I actually spent the entire first day trying to polish the movement because this is my first platformer, but it turned out to be much harder than expected, so I had to scrap it for basic movement. I guess I’ll have to work on a functioning and more robust movement system for the future.

Very creative concept and great execution! Only gripe I have is that I think the enemies shouldn't kill you if you cross paths, only if you land on the same square. Great game!

Would have liked to see more variation in the gameplay other than pressing spacebar. I can see what you were going for!

Other than the fact that the puzzles are too hard for my 2 brain cells, good game!

The audio design was so good, and really added to the overall experience. Nice game!

thanks for the advice! yeah, I definitely learned a valuable lesson about playtesting on all platforms before uploading.

plz go check my new game out i need downloads plz and thx. it is a splitscreen 2d 2 player game about shooting the other player with fireballs and not getting shot yourself all while having random arenas and complete customization over most settings like health, speed, fireball speed and more! https://spaceshark123.itch.io/one-shot

you should get it it is good game.

I have recently started Unity Game Engine and I made a PONG game to learn the basics of 2d game development. Please play and review my game. I will admit the fps is not very stable so if you have a solution to make a stable fps, please comment on my project. Here is the link:  LINK TO GAME         Here is a screenshot of gameplay:
