What is it? It's a deck-building, battle card, RPG game set in a fantasy semi-open world.

The World? Humanity is one of the lesser races. Each race has its own attitude towards humans; some enslave them, some treat them as toys, while some fight for their rights. You were raised on a small farm by your father, on the very edge of the civilized world, where it's peaceful. But after your father passed away, you found a weird crystal in his belongings and decided to take it to the capital and learn more.

Core Mechanics? Build your deck, explore the world, fight enemies, complete quests, and search for ultimate loot that fits your playstyle. No hand holding, linear progression.

NSFW factor? The fights. Each enemy is going to have its own set of animations, where MC, if not careful, can suffer in many sexual ways. Alternatively, you'll be able to use your body to your sexual advantage and tempt your enemies.

What am I doing differently? The world is a net of connected hand-crafted levels from a top-down view. When you encounter an enemy, a Card battle begins.

However, your deck is not random; you have to build it through skills and worn equipment. There will be multiple classes available with full freedom to pursue any combination. When it comes to equipment, certain items will add additional cards to your deck, like a shield giving you the ability to block or a magic staff giving extra spells.

Itemization will have more depth with randomized stats, giving you an incentive to search for tougher enemies and fight them for better loot with those ideal prefixes and suffixes.

Skills and attributes will rely on a common development points pool, where your skills draw power heavily from the number of attributes points you have that support that skill. It's your task to find a perfect balance for your playstyle between skills and attributes.

Animation and level of detail are something I really enjoy and want to put the biggest focus on. While I may not be the most skilled artist, I am hoping to grow my skills in drawing and animation through this game. Each piece of equipment will be uniquely visible on the avatar and animation sprite. Each enemy will have around 10 animations of its own.

Armor deterioration will also be a big factor. If you don't finish your fight against the enemy that destroys your armor, you will become more vulnerable and more attacks will become sexual.

While I have an interesting idea for a major narrative, I plan to create many side quests to find and complete at your own pace. Exploration, secrets, and puzzles. Only the major narrative will be somewhat linear, but the world will stay open if you can handle the challenges.

What do I have so far? The combat system is ready, the world map, and the first level. I am building towards a playable demo with the first 3 enemies to fight. It will take some time to put all the systems together, but I am hoping to finish build-1 near the end of this year.

It's my passion projects that connect my interests in drawing, animation, and programming. I have a clear goal in mind, and I am simply putting pieces together. I hope you'll find this dev-log interesting. If you are interested in details, feel free to ask.
