I’m referring to the endings where he isn’t eaten - thank you for playing through both!

Thank you for playing our game! We’re glad you enjoyed spending time with Eleanor & Nikhil.

Have you tried playing through again to save Nikhil from the bird?

We don’t have immediate plans to translate the game but we’d love to if possible in the future.

I love the soothing ambiance you've created. It was pleasant to write my memory and leave it behind : )

Playing as a slime in this game gives me great joy.

I'll say it again, the visual style is really appealing! The particle effects are also really beautiful and creates an ephemeral feeling that emphasizes the fact that we're in the underworld for me. Collecting the mushrooms was a bit hard to keep track of without a counter. The visual style in the castle shifted a bit jarringly for me from the previous scenes, it felt a bit cluttered with numerous objects that made it hard for me to relate it to one particular feeling.

I really like the design of the space and layout, like how the upper balcony looks down on the main hall and gives you a different perspective to see it from. Some of the puzzles felt non intuitive like the one with the chess piece. The hallway with the floating objects frozen in space really stuck out for me and felt like a powerful metaphor for being stuck in time.

I really like the consistency in the low-poly art style and the cartoon-y look of the sheep is also quite endearing.
I enjoyed the moment when the sheep suddenly started talking to the player, I wish it happened it sooner because it drew me into the game quite effectively.

Thank you, I appreciate that!
I had some thoughts for a couple of 'epilogue' levels, so I may work on that in the future :)

Looking forward to seeing where this goes!

This was really cool! I like the way you interpreted the theme.

The monster designs were really interesting and the dialogue was fun too :)

I think the sound effect when the ship takes damage confused me because it didn't sound like something dangerous  so it took me a bit to figure out what was happening.

Otherwise, It was fun!

I really like the art style and the level design made it feel like it was a moving car chase.
Level 3 took a bit to figure out but it was a fun puzzle.
Level 4 felt easy (or maybe I was really lucky).
Level 5 felt like a jump in skill but I made it!

Overall, I enjoyed it!

I see! I was imagining something like your second approach, being able to replace the sound files in an 'sfx' folder.

Thank you :)

Thanks again for this great project!
Would it be possible to have an option to change the sound effects?
I think that would help add to the flavour and mood of a set of carts.

I really like the art style and how the player character changes through the levels to reflect the story!

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! :)
It was fun playing with your Pix64 console; it was a great way to challenge my level design skills.
I have 5 more levels to finish the story and I'll upload it as soon I'm done along with a few tweaks and fixes to the other levels.

Hey there!
I made a narrative sequence using your console as a submission for the Fantasy Console Game Jam.
Feel free to check it out and let me know what you think! :)
