Ooooh good spot! That’s an interesting one but I already have a hunch as to the cause… I’ll make sure to get it fixed in the post-jam update, thanks very much :D

One of the first entries I played as I’m already a big enjoyer of your projects! As always, very nicely executed, excellent polish and feel - very tight little speed running platformer

Ah thanks so much for checking it out! The one stream that I missed of course :’D - really glad you enjoyed and really cool to be able to watch your run on it! We really appreciate you covering it

Classic game, love the vibe, the AI has confirmed to me that I’m an idiot - very nicely done!

Very nice puzzle game you’ve build here, I enjoyed this one a lot!

Difficult yet addictive high score chaser, good stuff!

This was funny and I liked it

Thank you! Yeahhh unfortunately, the plan was to have that room be an “item room”/home-base which would allow the player to select an item from a random pool of two, but time got the better of us and we didn’t have time before submission to revert it so it was also a puzzle/challenge room

Very nice puzzle game, right up my street and well executed - good job!

It took me a minute to figure out the mechanic but once I did I was engaged - this is very very cool, like it a lot

This was cool, like the time loop mechanic. Character controller felt a little fiddly sometimes, love that some of the blocks are time dependent and others aren’t that makes for interesting solutions to rooms

Very nice game, loved the art, loved the sound and the lasso mechanic is very very cool - nicely done!

During the intro I though I might get bored with this… and then I played for like half an hour :D Really nice addictive incremental loop, felt great to play and chasing that full field clean is addictive, my only criticism would be that it’s really hard to find the final one or two flowers in the field and that got a little frustrating, other than that I loved this - very nicely done

I like the premise behind this one, I think it’s probably a little unbalanced and felt like it took a little too long to crochet the different items for my kitties, but a very cute concept

Pretty nice project, I’m definitely not a skilled enough gamer for these speed running types and I died a lot :D but really nice execution and level design!

This was ridiculous, I loved it :D 10/10 experience, well done

This was really cool, I could see myself playing for ages - I had initially thought the style was golf-esque where you have a “par” for loops to take out all the zombies in a level, but later realised it’s randomised and endless, golf twist could be cool for that perfection chasing :D Really loved this one though, excellent concept and execution, bravo!

Love the concept but as many others have said I unfortunately got softlocked on the first round and was unable to do anything :( Audio sounds good and the premise feels right up my street, shame I couldn’t really get into it!

This was cool! The enemies/challenges took a bit of getting used to and the teleport mechanic felt a little sluggish sometimes but that high score chasing nature kept me playing for a while :D

Thank you! Will do :)

Thanks very much!

I liked this a lot, lots of great polish and a solid core loop It took me a minute to understand what was going on so I think some better telegraphing of incoming storms or the floods actually happening would be beneficial but that’s the only criticism I have - interface is fantastic, love me a good management game and the isometric art style gave me ‘Into the Breach’ meets cozy town builder. Loved it!

No words, this was fantastic! Love the cute cozy art style and especially like the combination of the potion brewing management and having to craft offerings to extend the storm delay, it’s a good compelling loop. Nice one!

Absolutely a top contender for the #1 position - this was so cute and polished! Simple concept executed extremely well I literally only have one critique and that’s that the cat cards don’t scroll automatically to show empty carts (even though it says how many cats are left in the UI, it took me a minute to realise I hadn’t finished the seconds stage because of this) But genuinely, really really nice work - would love to see this fully fleshed out and released! Strong ‘Hidden Folks’ energy :D

This was really cool, loved the idea and the creative direction and felt super cozy while playing through The only thing that made it less enjoyable for me was what seemed like collision issues with the logs - I’d often have built a nice little shelter and just as I went to put the roof on it would hit some invisible collider, start spinning and knock my hut down :’) Regardless, I played through the whole thing and had a great time, really good job!

This was fun! Definitely high replayability value with me wanting to beat how far I got previously, character controller feels nice and snappy which is perfect for this style of platformer Didn’t much like the camera - paired with the level layouts it was rather tricky for me to see where I needed to go next, especially as the moving platforms don’t pause at their stopping points at all and tend to be quite fast moving. Overall, really solid job! I played a lot of runs and had good fun

Thank you!! Up arrow for previous command is a fantastic idea, I will certainly be adding it for the post-jam version :D Will check out your submission!

Thanks for checking it out!! Was really nice talking with you on Stream as well :D Fully agreed on the system being quite unintuitive - love the idea of a command window! Definitely would want to put that + command auto-complete in a more fleshed out version of the game

Thank you!! Definitely went for a very niche concept, hopefully you’re right XD

Thanks so much! :D

Nice too see a callback to classic Sonic games though personally I found the level design really difficult to get along with having the player be how it is Controller itself felt juicy and quite nice (with the small exception of being slightly floaty when moving slowly) but the spaces in the world were way too small to be able to move through in a fun way

This is really cool, I’d almost say it’s a hidden gem if it weren’t for two things:

  • Days are two short
  • Ants have no pathfinding and kept getting stuck on things

Otherwise this was very fun and my kind of game, love the premise of preparing food for storage and managing a collection of NPC agents whilst having to do some things yourself. Addition of fuel for the mech is genius too, leads to some interesting decisions - really good stuff!

Really nice concept and premise - the game was a little difficult to stick with because of some balancing (I often found I was running out of villagers because I couldn’t draw the cards/packs to get enough food/population or wood to get more buildings) Art is really cute and the premise is really my type of thing, would definitely be on my playlist!

Hey there! Thank you so much for checking the demo out :D and thank you for the feedback, it really really does mean a lot! I’m really glad the atmosphere and graphics really landed well for you - I’m happy to say the glitchy tile bug has since been fixed for the full version and will make its way into a demo update soon, that’s very interesting with the game slowing down after 4000 points though, I’ll be looking into that very quickly, I imagine this will be related to the third issue you listed as well so definitely one I’ll want to get fixed

Great job on such a high score too!

Really nice game here, love the papers please vibes and am a big fan of that format. Art and sound are incredible, really feels well polished. I only have two cons for it and that’s the dice sometimes make it impossible for you to get a perfect score because it never rolls the language that you need. Secondly, having it just be that the sounds match the language felt too easy, especially in absence of a timer or anything. Asides from that, I really loved this entry, very nice indeed!

Finally got around to playing and I had a great time! I really love the Inscryption inspired aesthetic and movement mechanic and I actually quite liked the escape room search puzzles (I am a big escape room fan anyway so you had me from the start ;D) Nicely done!

Thank you so much for the kind words! Have to say, I’m really loving what you’ve created in your screenshot :D really glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks so much! Yeah to be fair I don’t think a chemistry background would help to much (I don’t have one either 😂) I’m glad you liked the feel!

This is my new favourite thing 😂😂

I actually really enjoyed this, nicely executed and felt like a cool little puzzle figuring out how to apply the cards I had each turn. It wasn’t completely clear how everything worked in the first instance but after it clicked I had a good time! Nice one :D
