Hello, sorry for a late reply! It takes some coding indeed, to make a game :) I'm using Godot Engine... There's plenty of tutorials out there on how to make a game in the engine :) Regarding stories, I'm not sure what do you mean by those, but it doesn't sound like you need coding for those...

No problem, thank you c:

Thank you for the encouragement! A few days ago I began to work on it again :) And more than that, I'll be probably making public some older builds of the game... something like pre-demo releases :]

Edit: I just did

Cool game :]  Something really a several levels higher than the original jam version.

Online leaderboard! That's a cool thing, I'll try to place there too :D

Hi, I have done it right now :)

And made an online leaderboard too, actually :D

Thanks! And sorry for the level, it's just a bad level design there... Actually it wouldn't be, but due to the knockback glitch it is... The level can only be done with a high jump glitch :D

Thanks! Yes, the game has several glitches... Rare high jump is one of them :D And sorry for the level where you got stuck, it's just a bad level design there. Actually it would be that bad, if there wouldn't be another glitch with weirdly working knockback...

Cool how I can teleport through the sides of the window :D I was quite confused at the start though because there was no explanation of controls... You can still add it into the description :)

700! It's a cool game.

This is getting out of hand... Now there are two of them!

I didn't even noticed this one. Weird. I rather will not use this player controller script anymore and rather code a new one...

Thanks a lot, I'm really glad that you like it :)

The glitch is quite an interesting thing, I have no idea what is it caused by... If we are talking about the same thing. When FIND fires, a force is applied to the player in opposite direction – it doesn't behave properly at all though.

High score 7!

Nice work that you finished it in 3 hours.

I have found it! Interesting game. Although I'm not sure if it should be called a game... Well it is a game but not something what video games usually are. Interesting. Amazing work that you managed to make this procedural!

Cute game c:

Nice use of the pixel art generators.

Nice game.

I'd like to see what score I had on a lose screen... I can't really tell what score I had.

And I got an idea that the shape of what is revealed could be slowly changing...

Thanks!

Now it makes sense :)

I think I lost him... He got off screen.

Very nice game concept! Good work.

(Just the restart doesn't really work for some reason...)

Thanks! I'm glad to hear such kind words.

That's wonderful and beautiful visuals! It sometimes threw me into the main menu and I had to start from beginning again... And I also didn't get the tail selector - what's the point of it. Anyway, I haven't seen such great graphics in Trijam ever, I think.

Interesting concept with the lights turning off... Sometimes it was too hard though. The 4th level - I tried around 30 times and then gave up. Unbeatable for me. Anyway, it's nice work. And I have one simple advice: if you are making a game where dying and restarting a level is often, make the restarting quick (and automatic probably too); but mainly fast.

Haha great music :D Nice concept for a game and great realisation of it!

Hm, I have never found more than 2 bugs... Anyway, nice work! The code window looks exactly like in Godot Engine :D

Interesting game... Very nice to have an open world game here :) I was just unsure if wasd is really all what I can press... Probably add into the game description that controls are wasd. And I also didn't know what's the goal of the game - please, put it in the game description too! Anyway, it's nice work!

I'm glad you liked it :) Thanks for playing!

I'm glad you liked it :) Yes, the controls were pretty overcomplicated, fortunately most of it wasn't necessary to use... Thanks!

Haha, great journey you had, I see :D And I'm glad you had fun :)

Thank you! The controls.. yes, that was... pretty overkill :D So many things you could do, with so many keyboard keys, you know, I couldn't find a way to simplify it... Anyway, I'm glad you had fun!

Thanks, I'm glad you had fun :)

Thank you :)

Nice analysis :D Now its more clear to me. Interesting.

Okay, so, very nice! Pretty hard though. And I'd love the character to keep the speed in air... Lot of games make sideways movement the same on ground and in air, I know, but it makes jumping pretty frustrating (for me at least). The art is very nice :) I only think that such vibrant and contrasty background distracts from the actual game elements... Either make backgrounds not so strong, or make the gameplay elements somehow stand out from it, for example making them all black (like in Badland) (and not having black in background). I guess you understand.

Anyway it's great work for 3 hours!

Nice game :) Smooth movement, nice music... I'd love to have some indicator to show me when I am able to build a box... And the score goes up pretty quickly ^^ Probably increase it only once a second? Anyway, good work.

Thanks :) I think up the colors on the go...

Maybe I was the only one with such problem, but pressing Q doesn't build a vase for me. I found out that pressing and holding Q several times eventually gets the vase built, but it takes so long and doesn't even work always, so I didn't manage to finish it... Anyway, it's pretty nice work.

Thank you!

Thank you!

Actually yes, I later found out that the blocks aren't that necessary too... But the game would be pretty plain without them I think, you would feel like you can't do anything, just dodge

Thanks :) nerdpoint said he would play it all night
