Unfourtantly my computer can't play this game because it detects it as a trojan:32 virus

I think maybe the storm not killing me by running in the opposite direction might have been linked to the storm moving to fast, as I am able to repeat it consistently, or it could also be the player shifting depth. And for the player getting moved, I simply run against any block that is skewed, and it moves the player's depth slowly. Also, IDK if it is intended or not, but you can also push some of the small yellow blocks, as well as move their depth as well on the skewed blocks. Hope the video visually explains what is going on.
Oh, yeah sorry! ESC was used to exit the game. Glad to hear the revised version is an improvement. If you want to skip past that level, you can just hit ALT + numpad8 (in the revised version) to get to the next level. I did have more plans for the enemy needing to destroy blocks, but most of the time it didn't feel right without reworking the AI.
An interesting way to tell a story. I do have to say though that the screens where you have to erase the entire screen feels like a bit of a turn away, as the gameplay mechanic already kind of felt like a chore to me. On the other note, on the screens where you fill in instead of erase, that felt like it had a lot of impact on storytelling in a game about erasing, so great job on that idea!
I feel like this has a good concept, but unfortunately lacks a lot of polish to make it stand out. While the game runs smoothly, it does max out my GPU, so maybe you need to add a max framerate or some other cap? Every time I tried running, I would die within seconds even while running, except once when I ran backwards and escaped the storm that way. Also, you can push your character forward off of rotated blocks so they are no longer on the same depth as the rest of the objects. Would love to come back to this game when its polished out more.
I'm not really sure what is going on in this game. Naming the executable "Malware_GDEX.exe" is both funny and in bad taste. I didn't play it too long since it maxed out my GPU (You may need to add vsync or cap the framerates or something similar). (Edit) So I circled back around to give it another shot. I think I understand what is happening now. Pull down the chain to bring in a new file with an image, then press the green button to let it pass, and the red to "Erase" the file, where the goal is to successfully fill up the blue bar and avoid filling the red bar. Once you get the game in a more polished state, I actually think it would be a pretty neat game to play. The eraser monster in the background is actually pretty cool and creepy!
My web browser notes that the file to download may be dangerous. Do you have a web build you can upload? (Edit) I came back around to play it despite the warning. Absolutely amazing game. The bounce sound effect did get annoying after a little while, but it is visually great with the theme, plays really well, and has some really cool mechanics. I personally think the controls are a little on the weird side, but I easily adapted to them. I did get stuck on the 4th level where you jump across erasable platforms, seems no matter what I try I always end up short. After several game overs it did finally crash. Once again, well done on the game and making it fit the theme so well
Cute and fun little game. The double jump feature was a little confusing at first, but it works. I had some difficulty reading the story due to all the different colors in the background (for example the white text on yellow). I would add solid backdrop to the text for easier reading. I would love to see more variety in level design, as each level didn't seem to different from each other.
Game was a bit confusing to play with no instructions. It seems the goal is to get as many crabs into the bucket as possible, as well as to get them to pick up sand dollars for extra points. Controls seems to be click on the sand castle on the lower left, then place a block to redirect the crabs. I say the game has a good concept, but needs a lot of polish. Sometimes crabs would walk through blocks, and it seems arbitrary to which direction they go afterwards. Fitting music choice though. (Apologies, I found out afterwards you had the controls on your game page) After going back, the game was a lot more clear. The crabs still do seem to ignore the walls often, but changing the wall directions does give a clear change in how the game played.
A unique game to be sure. Collecting orbs seemed a little bland to me, but I did like that some were hidden and you had to read the dialogue for hints. Would love to see cutscenes or more dialogue for when you collect memories in order to the story more. Also, when I hit replay, the hamsters would shatter on load.
Really funny, especially the ending and "Music". I'm more of a dee dah dah dah ....... dee dah dah dah... deta dee deta doo kind of guy. Would love to see this game expanded with more endings, and different dialogue based on choices. I also like the simplicity of it, I bet it really kept things in scope ;D
Interesting platformer. The jumping feels like it could use some more improvements to make the game feel better. Although the mechanic of racing against time doesn't seem implemented yet, seeing a giant erasing pencil behind you seems menacing. If you plan on continuing development, I would recommend switching to third person, that way the player will naturally be able to see behind them without turning around to see the oncoming threat for more tension.
