I used Unity. I found a way of doing it now, somewhat but still have to put it to the test.

Thank you for feedback, yeah I just put prefab obstacle course and thats it, didn't knew how to do things randomly so I left it as that, the power up also is in the prefab so yeah. Its like, something I wanted to change but didn't knew how, so I leave it as is. Thank you for your comment!

It was good, however while playing I lacked a purpose besides just getting scrap, maybe im just tired of playing platformers at this point or maybe the game is missing something. What I think its missing is, maybe like a progress bar at the top, that tells you how far you are from the finish, or some kind of checkpoint system. The walk back to the shop is also pretty tedious, maybe something to teleport back between levels would've been good. It's good, dont get me wrong, but its missing some things to make it even better. You could keep working on it, correction, you should.

Thank you~

yeaa we dont talk about the crouching over here lmao It was a pain and had no idea how to do it so I just slapped an animation over there and that's it.

Thank you, I played it rn there's too much games tho so I can't go tru everyones. But I try.

Nice idea, maybe implement more animals, another kind of environment, also I fell off the level, so you can do something about that. Also the sounds, dont forget about them.

Thank you~

Thanks, i didn't thought about the boost like that but thanks for pointing it out.

Nice work, Im kinda burned out of playing platformers at this point tho, but you implemented a mechanic I haven't seen yet so well done, overall its really good. Maybe a little more work on robot sfx.

Well done, I would probably zoom out the camera a little bit, maybe add another type of enemy besides the slimes and the big guy. Ammo also runs out really fasts, and most of the time I was just running around trying to get more. Maybe add another weapon with different ammo or make enemies randomly drop some.

Thank you, I made them myself! :) Yeah the controls are janky as hell but it is what it is lmao

Well this was something else. Got to the boss fight but screwd up after like, 5 tries. Still, the most solid game i've seen so far. good work.

This is really good one, all visual assets were done by you?  I can't say anything about it honestly, the introduction of new things is well done, the difficulty scales acordingly. Maybe you could work a little more on the main menu and it would be ready to ship to mobile maybe? Idk

It works fine now, its well done, I would recommend adding like some minimap or general layout of the map, maybe a ranged attack as well. Also you could close down the doors if enemies in the room are still alive, to prevent the player from just rushing tru. But is well done, overall.

Try using SFXR for generating sound effects easily.

I used the .exe now and it worked fine, still I think you could either decrease enemy HP or increase bullet damage, since enemies are like bullet sponges, took 15 hits to take down one, and 25 for one of the fat guys, its a lot. The rifle does a little more damage i think but still. Maybe like 3-4 bullets for normal enemies and like 10 for the fat guys. I would be nicer then. Also maybe player can regenerate life after each kill.

It's good and really well done, however, why should I collect the crystals? What's the benefit? I got to the second level but didn't felt any kind of progression goin on besides moving the robot around, and it moves reaaally slowly, making actually getting to the crystals kinda a assle, I would gladly do it if there was some kind of reward at the end of each level, get my drill? I would work on that.

I am a nerd for this kind of games, but still, i find it lacking, a lot. First of all, sounds, or at least some music in the background, something to make it more lively, hell I would've been happy with some classical music in the background, but you get the point. Second, gets repetitive fast, and kinda cumbersome with dealing with flying bots. The best solution for this is probably adding some kind of ranged attack, maybe like some staff spell or something (Thats what I was loking for when I first saw the flying bots, a ranged attack) and third, i would get some progression system in, even if it is extremely simple, like some buff system after every completed round, or coins to buy upgrades for attack speed or something like that. This game has a simple buff system you might want to check out. I know that this was a time limited challenge but I you want you can keep working on it and see where it goes.

I'm really dumb and also can't read a single page of text and memorize it, so I didn't really knew how to play if I skipped the text wall. I love the kinda overcooked idea, but something like a simple tutorial or per level design would've fitted this much better. Still, that would've been a lot of work. Still someone might have a better time than me playing it, I would work on the controls and the tutorials/introduction first, for people dumb like me lmao.

I really like this genre, still, maybe a few more upgrades and it would be good to go. Maybe another type of enemy that shoots at the player or something. For upgrades, you could implement something like a multi-shot, each level giving one extra bullet per shot. Upgrade for projectile velocity, maybe a shield to protect the motherboard too. I dont know, but plenty of ways to keep expanding, you could try to keep on working on it and little by little add new simple ideas to it. But i like it, got to wave 11 shite.

Good job overall with good ideas, but i'm missing sound for this one. Try to finish that up and it will be even better.

Keep on working on it, its solid but you can do better im sure of it.

Thank you! There really isn't any lore, I was just going with the flow, and the void type while programming just clicked in me so why not lmao. But the main idea was just a robot running tru the shelves of a toy store, trying to get into his box. Even that was well beyond my capabilities so I just came up with this, somewhat inspired on Circus Charlie.

Thank you for your feedback. Yess, I had trouble with the crouching thingy, had no idea how to do it, I will come up with something better next time. Thank you for playing!

Thank you, nice try :D

Thank you!

I can see it was made with a lot of love, but im just to dumb to figure what I had to do. I also think the gears have their colliders active instead of being triggers. And I think you could've added a explosion effect or something to the pesky bugs. But still realy well done.

Reallt cool one, the exploding things are overpowered. Also dying from just one blow seems too hardcore as well, considering everything that's coming at you. Maybe 3 lifes? Or a lifebar would be cool.

I had barebones idea of what I was doing, thought something kinda like Rimworld or Dwarf Fortress but I really had not a clue. Still considering you started 8hs ago, this was sick.

The level felt kinda huge to me and I struggled trying to get over some spikes with the jetpack so that's as far as I got (Like really struggled 15+ tries, kinda struggled) but still it plays really nice.

I had the same idea when I saw the theme, so im happy someone thought the same and brought it to life. But over all, it's really cool I hope you do well in the Jam.

Nice game over all~

I might be a bit harsh here, but the controls feel a littlee too wonky, maybe a top down view would've been better for this case, the isometric kinda view makes moving a little rough. I like the idea, and the art, but I feel the controls required a little more polish. Still good job.

Certainly not my kind, but cant deny its really unique, probably the most unique we will get this Jam. So.. Goodbye crashes, hello crushes.

WASD worked for me, also really cool but gets repetitive really fast, would've loved faster respawns, maybe 2 more enemies or something like a buff selection after leveling up, instead of levelling HP, attack speed and all together. I like it a lot, but missed a little more stuff. But still,  its really good.

Yessir, cool game

Well, I had no idea what I was doing, but still the im in love with the graphics and the music kicks ass.

Really good entry, amazing.

I dont know if it's just me or what, or if it was intended to be like that, but couldn't kill any enemies. So there was no real use to shooting but just running to the escape. Still it felt good overall, just that issue.
