If you press the controls too fast I think it glitches the player location a bit, but Nice visuals, I really enjoy puzzle games like this, wish there were more levels!

The visuals were really nice and the concept was great! Sometimes, I couldn't move in a couple of directions but otherwise, it's a pretty neat game.
Cool concept, the controls seems to glitch sometime, like i couldn't go to some tiles if i were too fast, but it's fine it's just a bug, the control was intuitive for me, the game maybe lacked some more levels but you didn't have enough time and it's already really great, so great job!
Thank you all for the comments and feedback! I've uploaded an update that disables the diagonal movement, as that wasn't intended to be possible.
There seems to still be some glitches with the character's rotation occasionally, but they do not appear for me in engine so I think it's wonkyiness on the html5 export side :/
I also added arrow key support in case that is more intuitive for some, but be warned that the up/down keys make the page scroll, which gets pretty annoying.
The overall unintuitiveness of WASD in isometric view was just poor planning on my part, but all in all thank you so much for testing this game out!
Great idea... Loved the controls, very intuitive.
I think what most people don't seem to get is that it's normal to have some kind of learning curve in a game. It's a learning experience after all, and, the way I see it, that's the most important part of the whole deal.
It's precisely because of that discomfort we feel trying to translate the impulse to move in a certain direction to the task at hand that the game works! It was easy to overcome the difficulty in the first level, second level is daunting, because it seems twice as big. I'll definitely keep playing and will share with my students in class.
I told you it was my first pick to rate, very rewarding! I missed sounds, though. Thank you for sharing your work! Good luck in all you endeavors!
*edit> I went back after seeing other comment aand realized my sound settings were off!. Agree about the loop. Still miss some sound when you plant the plant, that would be very satisfying!
Amazing models, very good job! The control scheme with the isometric view felt a bit wonky as others have pointed out but didn't take too long to get used to it - apart from some times where it felt like the character got stuck.
Was it supposed to be possible to move diagonally? When I discovered that was a thing all challenge disappeared from the puzzles. Was a perfect balance of difficulty (if aiming for 100%) when just moving in four directions.
I might be a bit harsh here, but the controls feel a littlee too wonky, maybe a top down view would've been better for this case, the isometric kinda view makes moving a little rough. I like the idea, and the art, but I feel the controls required a little more polish. Still good job.
The sound repeats itself if you can solve that it would be nice. The art looks very nice and the concept is cool too. Nice job overall.
