I feel like I need a certificate for a sci-fi disaster preparedness course after that...

Really interesting, and even though I was skeptical at first I got sucked in! This would be fun as a mobile or handheld game, something I can do while I am relaxing. Nice work!

Very nice artwork, the different plant people were giving big Date Everything <3

The dialogue could use some work, but a lot of that will come with time and practice. Good job and keep it up!

I did not make it very far as a disclaimer. I appreciated the black and white filter and the music, gave it a fun noir vibe. The story really caught me off guard, I was expecting something about police, and then after being attacked by my sister/the zombie, I had no idea how to use my knife and gave up.

Interesting premise, would definitely be willing to try a later version!

Not sure if I got to the end of the demo or encountered a bug? I got out of the apartment and into the hall, pressed the arrow to go to the right, it faded to white and then nothing loaded, but I could still hear music?

I was really invested in the story and the art and can't wait to play more! Really fun style and the art is beautiful. Really great work <3

It was fun, needs some graphics and sound but otherwise a really nice little platformer! Good work!

Very creative, amazing art, wonderful music. Some minor typos/grammatical errors, but some of the writing was hilarious. Enjoyed the Undertale-inspired combat system and the graphics in the fight scenes were out of this world.

The air pieces kept messing me up! Great twist on Tetris, really innovative, would definitely play a polished version of this, especially on mobile or a handheld platform.

Played through the first level and really really enjoyed it. The music is great, the art direction is on-point, it is very cute and reminds me of old cartoons like Courage the Cowardly Dog.

Awesome work!

Really enjoyed it - got dark quick when I realized I couldn't "save" the grandpa in the way that I wanted. I liked the concept and how it snapped you back to the main level after the choices.

Super cute! Love the name, love the little eraser car, love the concept!

Really fun and creative! Agree with the others that it would be a good web/mobile game! Nice job!

Hey - same issue as the other comments.

Really liked the art style from what I could see! Looks interesting, would love to give it another shot!

Nice job, I think I can see where you were going with it. Since it's incomplete I won't talk about bug things! The area is huge and beautiful, could definitely be overwhelming to ask the player to search that whole area.

Good luck on the project, I look forward to playing the full game!

Had fun! I broke it pretty quickly after leveling up - the NPCs would only stand in their spawns while I beat them up, and I got "Non-nanite marking job queue overflow" in the top left.

Fun punching mechanic! With some graphics and audio this could easily be a really fun game! Really good work!

Really good job! I loved the overall feel of it - the fun intro, the combat arena, the music!

I thought the graphics of the red dragons clashed with the overall art theme, which I really loved. Very much an early 00s cartoon/flash game vibe.

Good work! <3

Good job - definitely got the vibes right after picking up all the items.

Was fun once I learned that "F" turns the flashlight on. Couldn't figure out how to complete the objectives but I enjoyed exploring the world!

Hey, I am having trouble getting it to run. With the application in the .zip it says I need Java 1.8, and when I run the .jar it says a JNI error has occurred? I tried Googling it but I've never downloaded Java to play a game before so I'm lost.
I'm sure it's user error so any tips would be great!

I enjoyed it overall! I got to the halfway point and had about 2.5k, felt like I made decent decisions so far!

The core gameplay loop was interesting, but a little stale, could use more areas, or have them unlock gradually?

The character art also seemed to be AI generated - apologies if it's not! The clavicles and hands seemed a little uncanny-valley (and the shadows need some work). If it is AI, the advice I game someone else is to go over it in an application like Aseprite or Paint3D, so it has a consistent style and the art makes sense. If you made it yourself, it's pretty good! (just work on your fundamentals <3)

Nice work overall!!

Really enjoyed this, very cozy, reminded me of No Man's Sky. I like the system to upgrade- I enjoyed harvesting the materials, building the ships and loved the sounds it made! Nice work!

Got stuck in the first room, door says I have a case to solve, but I couldn't figure out what to interact with/how to interact. Loved the atmosphere though!

Didn't know that, I will try it again!

Really enjoyed this! Got past the intro into the first day, might come back and finish it up after the jam :)

Liked the character design, the walk animations, the UI overall. The intro was a bit confusing, but in a good way, where I want to learn more about what is going on. Great work!

It's a good start!

I took the left to the lake, bought a helmet but couldn't figure out what to do to turn the lights on. Next steps could building it in a more versatile engine, maybe using keyboard or mouse mappings?

Is there a way to make the game downloadable from itch? Or playable in the browser? I'm probably not the only person who is going to be turned off by the mediafire download link.

¡Muy lindo! Me encantan los speedrunning tiempos.

¡Agregue una traducción al inglés!

Really enjoyed this game! The intro was a little hard to follow, and none of the story was relevant for the gameplay. I loved the sliding puzzle mechanic, reminded me of old Pokemon/Mario ice puzzles. Music is great, graphics are very cute.

I think if you want to leave the intro text how it is, maybe have the enemy sprites be the "annoying ghosts"? I played until level 11 and didn't see any enemies that would be related, but they were all nicely drawn. Especially liked the flying axes, the spinning spike pillars, and the spikes that popped out of the holes.

Really good job! I'd enjoy playing it on something like the Switch as a cozy puzzle game :)

Thank you so much!!

Took your advice and made the intro skippable, and linked it in the Extras area in case anyone wants to watch it later (whether they skip it the first time or not).

Thank you for taking the time to play it and leave your feedback :)

Nice job! The falling animation of the game/studio name is a really nice touch, enjoyed the background music and the colors of the background.

Surprisingly soothing! With a vaporwave background and some lo-fi, I could see this being a really popular phone game!

Crashed when I ran out of lives :(

Couldn't get past the narrow platforms, so I didn't get to see much, but I enjoyed it. Great music! Did you make that yourself? Cute little game overall!

Emphasis on challenging! Was not good at Flappy Bird back in the day, so can't say I'm surprised.

Love the look of the later levels from the screenshots!

I really enjoyed this. I don't play many FPS with mouse and keyboard, but I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot. Thoughts as someone who's bad at this genre:

  • I'd love a crosshair
  • The knife seems OP compared to the gun - maybe turn up gun damage?
  • I didn't understand the enemies were going to spawn after a while, so I kept running around the city getting confused and then ambushed

I love the look of it, but I am not sure how it is played. Do the races and classes make a difference? How do you attack and interact with things? Can you go into the buildings that have people inside?

I also think you might have more success if you can figure out a way to upload it to itch. If not, maybe add the link in the description; opening the image and typing it out is a bit tedious.

Nice work, would be willing to play it again!

Very cute! I got 4 memories on my first play :)

Looks cute and I love the idea! I am probably missing something obvious but I can't figure out how to move?

This is so cute! The music, the art, the gameplay (I love sliding the cart around omg)...

One thing I think you could expand, could definitely have a tutorial level instead of the intro page. It's a lot of text and I honestly didn't read the second page.

Overall it's adorable and wonderful and you should definitely expand this, would make an amazing cozy game!

Definitely think you should add some more features - maybe see if you can make the circles and squares come out randomly?

You could also work on some of the bugs in this one- the counter keeps going after the end, might be an easy place to start.

Good luck with your games! :)

Hey, thank you so much for your feedback!

You were absolutely right, I was missing a way to get back from the extras screen. I added that and a reset button to the extra card game, in case anyone else runs into similar issues or if they just want a quick reset.

Thank you for taking the time to play the game and leave your thoughts and comments about the bugs!
