- Gameplay: This was exceptionally buggy, which heavily detracted from the play experience. I clipped into walls/buildings, couldn't go down some ladders, others I could warped me onto different ladders, and I frequently got stuck after trying to use the grapple. I can see the concept of spider-man the mailman, but I honestly could hardly move as I wanted, so I can;t say it was enjoyable or intuitive. If nothing else, making sure teh player character behaves consistently is one of the most important things in game dev, so it's always worth cutting out features to ensure that. Creativity & Innovation: Conceptually, I think this is rad and in line with the jam's theme. Theme Adherence: Solid adherence to the theme. Playability & User Experience: As mentioned above, too many bugs causing the game to run poorly. Art and Design: Building design and windows remind me of Rampage and Fix-it-Felix, which is good and communicative. Overall Fun Factor: There is a lot of potential for the fun factor in this concept, but that's all I can say with this in it's current state. As an overall comment: Game dev is hard, and scope creep is the bane of game development, so I hope this was a good learning experience on how quickly even seemingly simple mechanics/systems can cause difficulty in presenting a smooth player experience.

The building style reminds me of Rampage! Neat idea :)
