This was amazing.

It kept on giving!

The puzzle room took me ages to figure out, but was super happy when I got it.

Enjoyed it from start to end

Man this was great! Really great backtracking. I felt so satisfied everytime I found I had new access to an area. Short and sweet.

Wow. The full package! Super impressive fitting all this in to a jam

Thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement :D

You can do it via Unity’s Player Settings I think! The Web gl build settings has some options I believe

Hope you enjoy Cactus Cowboy haha :)

This is insanely well made.

One of my favorite of this jam for sure.

My only issue was I couldnt full screen the webplayer so had trouble reading texts

I was unable to move at all

The dodge roll felt great! The jumping was quite floaty however.

Nailed it! Nice vibes, great level design.

I was really impressed honestly

Cool style! Nice work on the parallax too

Feels and looks great!

It took a while to figure out the mechanics, but was pretty fun once I did. It was kinda hard to aim with the arrows. I wonder if it could have been easier with mouse aiming

This was fun hahaha I love how after dying I fell all the way down

Would have been nice if I didnt have to press everytime to shoot and could just hold it down

But I had a blast playing!

Yes I really wanted to do upgrades but ran out of time :( My plan was hades style upgrades where you basically add modifiers to your attacks. Like chain lightning or piercing shots

Thanks for playing!

I think its lacking damping probably. It reacts too quickly to your motion/cursor position. Or maybe the look ahead is too much!

Yeah in retrospect some camera follow damping would have made for a smoother experience I think

Yeah I feel you on that.

I realize also since I didn’t have time to add any upgrades or alternative weapons I should have at least made the one gun decent to use.

Thanks for the playing and the valuable feedback!

Very cute! I definitely like the black and white mode best

Love that i can play as the mouse cursor! And entering folders was a cool way to introduce multiple layers

Glad you got it working! Thanks for persisting :D I’m happy you enjoyed it

Really satisfying! Unique mechanic too. Enjoyed it a lot, but the sound of shooting was quite loud

Does shooting work?

I wonder if your game is not getting any inputs at all or just keyboard

This is insanely good. Definitely in my top three for this jam!

Everything feels great, looks great and flows.

Implementing a skill tree as well is amazing!

Oh no! Inputs are not working for you? Or too laggy?

Neat game! I like that I can choose where to put my upgrades before jumping in

This was great! I can see this evolving into something very solid. As it was, I already felt super engaged with the turn based system.

Nice! Well put together. Very clean integration of all the art

The full package! Full roguelike loop, map, fights! A bit too difficult maybe, but love this. Art style super sick too.

Honestly one of my favorites in the whole jam!

The range of weapons, the feedback from animations, the smoothness of movement and dash. Death blood splat effects. This is great!

Super impressed

Drilling sequence to get to the next level was so cool hahaha!

For the things you are meant to collect in order to clear the stage, I do think their color is too similar to enemy bullets. When they did the spawn effect I often thought it was a different type of attack

Overall fun game well made!

Without the download, I well and truly did feel… alone

This was fun! I may be wrong, but it felt like diagonal movement is faster than horizontal/vertical

This is great! Love the idea.

It did feel like there was something missing to make sure that I have to make use of all the tools at my disposal. As it was I could use the same combo throughout and clear the game

Pretty hard, but fun!

Leaving the splats from previous deaths works great.

The pre indication of where the saws will come from was also well done. I never felt it was unfair, just difficult

Love the style on this! And shooting feels so great. Even just holding mouse and watching the bullets fly out and disperse is satisfyong

I’m not sure if there is meant to be more than one enemy, but after defeating the first enemy nothing else spawned

This is hilarious!

I love the range of animations in the enemy aidens.

Maybe would have been a bit nicer if the enemy aidens wore a different color shirt than the main aiden

This was really solid!

Nice to see a melee entry.

The patterns of the boss bullets were super mesmerizing. The chromatic aberration did make it become very hard to dodge bullets so maybe turning that down a bit could help

Love the visuals and sound!

I do wish there was an option to town down the CRT effect as it was hard to read some numbers.

But I had a lot of fun playing nonetheless!

Fun game with a quirky theme.

I do like how the player has to avoid bullets while picking up the growth pickups

This is so cute! The visuals on the player and bullets are great.
