I do have a couple more questions: where are the scripts in th deployed version to understand the mechanisms of the editor?
Also I think the music player doesn't play according to loop points (at least LOOPSTART-LOOPLENGTH) because the loop is E-S, but I think it works ok deploying.
and enemy noteboxes can't be expanded, my bad haha
How can one contribute to this, is there a "hotload" feature to immediately test changes?
I feel these things need to be added:
- recursive subfolder support, as right now it doesn't look to work with everything, audio and animation miss it, for example
- editor-only name display for database items, or a in-game only display label, whichever works, so that entries can be identified easily
And I am very impressed, the fact that I could load my existing project is in fact very welcome. Open source, that is a true gift for specific customisations that people who are autistically obsessed with some things (such as level 100 as max) will do.
this needs a lot of documentation for people who will just delve into it
