Have you thought about the vore route being solo, but if not, you can make the influence of the protagonist towards the other NPCs, such as tempting them at each NPC vore point, like the slime girl, tempting her to the point of reaching the pink-haired elf, you reward her by eating her when you defeat her, that way you would have a justification for including vore in other characters.
