Not the right place for this question, however, you should have a slimy key which opens a gateway to the lower right after leaving the exam room, you should find yourself in a room with a clock to return to the Old House which takes you to the room that you was locked out of, inside the sink is a key upon recieving you are told there is nothing left to do in the Old House, the key will grant access to the Upper Right section of the Main House.
