There's 2 ways now, sleep once and eat her (works only without a huge belly) or you just progress the story with Aquara and she'll tell you what to do
I already ate them all and only solaris is missing but every time I go to her she tells me that I have to eat her but when I go the next day she tells me the same thing that I'm doing wrong
you need to let nibbles grow bigger befor eating her, then you'll be at level 10 which is big enough
