It's a nice game, with a fun concept, and nice art. 

The mushrooms did seem to reach a point where they were spawning and disappearing faster than I could deal with them.

I'm a programmer and pixel artist looking for a team member to partner with. I've made several games that are hosted on itch, many of which were made for game jams.

I liked it, there wasn't any point in the game where I was lost on what I needed to do; which is a really good trait of a puzzle platformer. 

The art aesthetic and music  are really charming. I really liked the multiple uses of the sailcloth and piloting the ships to navigate puzzles and perform platforming feats.


Overall I consider it a 9/10.

Unfortunately the only praise I can give this game is for the graphics. I really like how everything looks. It's clear what everything is supposed to be and does. 

Other than that, the game play is very dry. You just go from house to house looting stuff, just to spam space bar on an enemy so you can go past him to do more looting. And at the start of my run, I was greeted with an enemy to my right, with nothing to attack with. To my left was just a bunch of nothingness for almost 2 minutes before i figured there was nothing to see there. And I tanked the hit from the enemy to get to the first house.  Not a fan of games that force you to take hits.

There's no audio. So nothing to say there. 

Overall, I didn't enjoy this game at all really. I don't recommend it.

It took me several attempts to figure out the character was jumping, mostly because he doesn't move up any during the jump. Because of that I gave the game a rather low score on the graphics. I don't think the game looks bad, by any means, but when a control feedback to the player isn't immediately clear I have to consider that a failure in visual clarity. 

Once I learned  that I was actually jumping, I picked up the game pretty quickly, but didn't make it to far into it before I lost interest. It's not a bad game, but I personally don't find timed based jumpers to be fun. But for the sake of objectivity, I think people who are into timed based jumpers would enjoy this kind of game. However, I'm not sure how rhythm plays into this game, which I assumed it would given the title.

The music was okay, I only heard the one track so i'm not sure if it changes the more you play or not. 

Also, the opening of the game has some typing in text, and it goes off the screen until it finishes its cut scene. Not sure if that's intentional.

Overall, I think it's a nice game.

I actually really liked this game. Very simple mechanics, but that's not a bad thing. It's like rock, paper, scissors mixed with a turn based strategy game. The layout of the camps on the map is pretty thoughtful, so you're not going in blind. I found myself playing many of the camps on the map; and I enjoyed my experience.

The AI seemed very basic, after 2 matches I figured out how to manipulate them with almost 100% accuracy. The option on the menu that brings you to the gameplay is called "campaign" but it's a bit miss leading sense it leads you to a map where you can just endlessly fight the same camps over and over again, without even an indicator that you beat that one before. It would be nice if maybe you had some sort of "well done" for clearing all the camps, if there is please correct me. 

The music was pleasant and had a good amount of variety. 

I like what was done with the art. Everything looks like what it's supposed to. I was never confused as to what kind of character one sprite was, even with there being a few cosmetic variations on the class of warriors you play with and against. Made good use of the limited canvas.

Overall I really liked this game, one of  the better ones I've reviewed during the low rez jam.

Pretty good game. The jumping felt a bit stiff and there were a few places that were kind of blind jumps/pitfalls. Overall it's a nice game, but it could use a saving features.

Great game, I was only planning to play a few levels but I ended up playing for a long time. The graphics look nice, the game play feels solid and it only took a few seconds to understand what I needed to do in the level. I like it. Not sure how long the game is but I got threw a lot of levels before i decided i wanted to put it down. Even has an auto save feature so you can pick it up where you left off. 

Not a lot of bad things I can say about the game. If I was to criticize anything, I would say the music gets old after a while. It sounds fine, but some variety would be nice every few levels.

Overall I really like it. Good job.

The first thing that stood out to me in this game was the seizure inducing background; thankfully I'm not prone to them. The idea behind the game play is a good one; although it took me a couple tries to figure out what you were meant to do. I'm not sure the execution was spot on. It seems like just touching the side of the falling squares kills you, which i'm not sure is intended or not. Also, there was a moment where I was way above the falling block and it counted as being crushed by it when I didn't even make contact with it. 


The jumping mechanics felt a bit off, very fast and you fall about the same speed you jump. 

Overall, it's a nice game, but I think it needed a few tweeks that would have made it a lot better.

I couldn't figure out how to control the ship. Even with reading the controls for the game. 

I'm not sure if this really fits the theme.

Pretty good game, only negative I can say is i got stuck against some zombies that looked like i could squeeze threw.

The game itself is fine, but not sure how this fits the theme of "where is everybody" for the HoneyDew Jam.

Found a small glitch, if you hit end turn at the end of the tutorial it doesn't give you an option to return the main menu.
