Support do not reply to mails in any extend. I wrote first mail for deindex later 1-2 week gap i asked update and nothing.

Only when it got indexed they wrote "We indexed it" and I asked for reason and no reply again. 

And now it got deindexed again without any update and stuff.

It's been over a month and we still have no idea what's going on

Our game was re-indexed two days ago, but shortly after, it was placed under quarantine again — despite us not making any updates or changes during that time.

Additionally, we’ve identified a clear case of a copycat/scam listing that has reposted our game. We have already reported it, but it remains indexed and active on the platform without any apparent action taken.

This situation is quite concerning, as our legitimate project continues to face restrictions while infringing content is left untouched.

I've already checked the documentation, including the Indexing FAQ, Search & Browse FAQ, the “Try My Game” scam post, and multiple older threads about similar cases many times.

The system doesn’t provide any notification when a project is quarantined or deindexed, and in many of those threads developers mention waiting weeks or even months without receiving a response from support. 

In several cases, the only activity happened after someone posted publicly here.

So it's difficult for us to understand what triggered this or how to resolve it on our end to avoid on future projects.

We really appreciate you forwarding this to the admins and taking the time to help.

appears to have been deindexed from itch.io without any prior notification or email. The page is still accessible via direct link, but it no longer shows up in search or discovery.

This is an already released title with strong ratings and player engagement, and the issue started right after a major update and our Steam launch. We've contacted support but haven’t received a reply for a week, which is significantly impacting visibility.

While checking comments, we noticed a pending comment indicating the game is quarantined. When accessing the page from a phone, it also showed "flagged for moderator review". The message additionally referenced "regions this account has connected from", which is concerning — we're not sure why account connection regions would affect visibility or trigger quarantine.

Yes steam version has extra 2 side stories with 5 new scenes and 3 extra on gallery mode. It roughly doubles game time to 2.5-3 hours

No, cause of small disagreement with publisher we removed localizations made by fans and friends.

But on discord we have the files, you can just download and drop in to the folder.

We finished new chapters and releasing on steam next month. doubling the game time.

Yes we finished new chapters and releasing on steam next month. doubling the game time.

and no we dont have customization for Juno but I can say we have more colorful stuff lets say without any spoiler. You can check steam page or discord for more detail ^^

We plan to add fixes we did on steam to add here but specials will be exclusive for steam release.

Since game time doubled it also put on a bit size which affects Webgl and Android (also lack of platform we can put like steam), We don't plan those for now ^^'
