I've already checked the documentation, including the Indexing FAQ, Search & Browse FAQ, the “Try My Game” scam post, and multiple older threads about similar cases many times.

The system doesn’t provide any notification when a project is quarantined or deindexed, and in many of those threads developers mention waiting weeks or even months without receiving a response from support. 

In several cases, the only activity happened after someone posted publicly here.

So it's difficult for us to understand what triggered this or how to resolve it on our end to avoid on future projects.

The algorithm that determines whether a project should be manually reviewed by staff (and therefore deindexed) is secret.

What little is known is that there's nothing you can do on your own; you simply have to wait for the staff to review it.
