I’m glad you liked it! We were planning on adding a leaderboard but ran out of time:)

Thanks for the positive review! I’m really glad that you enjoyed our procedural generation, it went through a lot of different phases before we made something that actually allowed the player to go on infinitely without hitting roadblocks. I’m glad you enjoyed our game:)

Thanks for playing our game! Yes, I do agree that the physics-based combat needs a lot more tweaking:) I’m glad you enjoyed what we had though

Solid Submission! I really like some of the level settups. Usually when I play turn-based combat games, I get bored because the levels aren't interesting. But your game kept me interested the entire time! Great Job!

(also thx for playing my game and reporting that toxic guy :) I banned him and deleted his comment)

This game is so well made. Really good level design and trap design. It took me a very sad amount of time to get through that tricky spike jump on level one, but all the other levels design were so intense and captivating! The game infuriatingly makes you feel like some of the levels would be easy to beat, but when you go and try, the game embarrasses you:) It kept me coming back until I beat the entire thing. Plus, this is one of the most creative takes on the cliche theme! Great job!

(feel free to come check out my procedurally generated platformer if u have time:)

I'm glad you liked the game! I will consider adding a keyboard only button settup. I could also add the fullscreen option but it breaks some of our game code and make the background mess up. But if that allows more people to play, then I will :)

Great game, dont listen to the haters. I love the art :)

thanks for playing! We were planning on adding button mapping but ran out of time…;)

As for level speed, I agree, it needed more tweaking.

Thanks for the positive review! This game was designed with the intention of being quite difficult, so thx for taking the time to figure it out

Also being new to pixel art I’m glad you liked it ;)

Thanks! I am pretty new to pixel art so that is nice to hear

yes, we do agree the speed of everything working together could have been tweaked a lot more, sadly we ran out for f time and had to submit it, thx for playing;)

Thanks for the positive review! I do agree with you: the speed and flow of our game could have used more work… we ended up barely finishing the game’s base mechanics right as the jam ended. Art wise, we got pretty behind so had to make do with what we had, but I’m happy that you can see potential in our game ;)

This game is amazing! Coolest pygame project I have ever seen. I didn't know you could even do stuff like this in pygame:) Have you ever considered using Godot? I started out in pygame and then switched.

Cool! I'll look into those, feel free to come play my newest game if you have time :)

cool :)

This game is a little confusing due to no tutorial or instructions. I am interested tho. I like the enemy pixel art and some of the rooms look really good. The procedural generation is great, I just feel like the rooms could use a little more stuff in them or enemies to fight. I feel like this game has potential tho :) feel free to come check out my procedurally generated platformer if you have time:)

The physics in this game feels great! (I wish I could have gotten my game to feel as reactive as this) The buttons were very hard to get used to for me at least. I do like the art a lot though, did you make it?

Thanks for spending the time to try out our game! I do agree with you, we were in the process of adding more animations and sounds to the game but sadly ran out of time :(

yea :)

Really cool idea, loved how polished the game was. I do agree that that the buffs you get are overpowered compared to the ememies' buffs. Altogether one of the best games I have tried yet tho. Good job! (feel free to come check out my combat procedural platformer game if you have time:)

For a first game, this is a solid submission! My first game had no sound or any animations at all...

I like the creativity in the theme :)

(feel free to come check out my game if you have time:)

Pretty fun! I really like the 2.5D style with the art. I feel like the characters powers are pretty well designed after I tried out different strategies with them. You could take this game to another level by adding a square that you defend instead of a line, so that enemies could come at you from all directions. (feel free to try out my procedurally generated platformer game as well:)

Very interesting game! The story was the biggest part for me. It was intense, and felt well made. I also like your creativity with the theme. good job:) (feel free to check out my game too:))

This game is really well balanced. Despite the gameplay being really simple, the game remains very intense the entire time. It feels like the waves of zombies were planned out really well. This was actually pretty fun to play. Great job!

haha I played your game since I have a game with the same name. I have used Pygame before, but this is the first game I have seen on Itch using it. Pretty cool:)

I hope you all enjoy our game! I dare you to beat the highscore 3900.....:) If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here. And good luck to you all!

This is simply incredible. I think it has potential as a full on program that you could sell. Great job!
