I am opening the rating to the public. Come get your friends to review games!

The countdown is on!!

now that we have more than ten participants in the jam, I will allow the participants to rate each others games.

Yea! Feel free to use ai for art, code generation, etc.. (I actually used ai for the jam page art) We're trying to make the jam rules not very picky as most participants are already working on a project or have one they want to make in mind. Thx for joining our jam!

I will be setting up the jam judges soon, so if anyone here joined to play and rate games lmk. The goal rn is to have non developers rate the games, as the jam is pretty small and biases could occur. Also if anyone has questions or ideas for the jam setup comment here.

Yep, just let me know if you want to be a playtester/judge.

we had trouble with our ai as well lol. That’s awesome I didn’t know this is your first game! Gj! Our first game was no where near this level :)

thx for playing and reviewing our game! I fully agree with you on the ui. sadly it was thrown together at the end. the plan was to continue the color pallete throughout the ui, but we found out the hard way making a game with two people can be challenging lol. thx again for playing

thx for playing our game! we have been hearing some things abt it running on firefox lol. the different backgrounds is a good idea as well

thx for playing our game! we fully agree, the wave difficulty tends to diminish as the game goes on. I think this is due to the slow increase of enemies, but also too much ore on the map. if we included less ore, it could be more challenging to defend.

thanks for the positive review and playing our game! (we took inspiration from mindustry, a mobile tower defense game caled kingdom rush, and a couple other games for this)

i will continue playing games submitted here, but cant guarantee ill get them all very soon due to being busy. i should be able to play within weeks notice tho

very simple yet fun dash is so satisfying to use. gj!

the visuals are very good and the environment is cool as well. the enemy ai had a flaw where he would stand there and attack the air, but apart from that the game was very fun to play. (oh yea, when i broke the barrels my power went out or smth xDD) but gj overall!

this is a very impressive sized game. it was also pretty well polished, such as menus and things. good job, i had fun playing!

the artwork is amazing, and the ladder idea is great. its a cool feature when they knock over the ladder. i noticed one bug where my attacks wouldnt go through, but after clicking r it was fixed, so not a big deal at all. overall, really good job, this game has potential!

very smooth i was a little confused about the benefit of being big tho. fun overall gj!

i agree the music is hype. this is giving me flashbacks to making a directional combat game last year for the same jam in godot lol. fun to play ! gj

cool idea to make a escape room video game, and the scale mechanic fun as well. felt nice and polished gj!

thx for playing ours! I’ll try to get to your game after school today :)

thx for playing and your positive feedback!

thx for the feedback and playing our game! I have never tried it on Firefox, and also never encountered the black boxes bug lol ig I’ll look into that..  the ultimate plan was to improve the build system and flexibility with building placement, but due to lack of time we had to have space between towers as our enemy ai could break without it. I also agree that the resources need more balancing. Thx for playing!

I’ll try to play all these later today!

This game has some really fun mechanics, like the bullet unload feature and tanking dmg. I, however, like the enemy ai most. they feel unpredictable to me which makes them feel more alive. some of the numbers could use a bit of tweaking, but overall this is a solid first game and was fun to play :) gj!

Same to u lol! Our games map and difficulty scales up as u progress :)

played and rated yours gj!

this game is really cool. i feel like it was pretty brave to code up all of the tools and it payed off!! without bugs too :) menu and vibe was pretty polished overall too. gj! :)

thx for playing and reviewing!! lol those bugs are a bit buggy :)

thx for playing! the tutorial has a button that lets u continue through it and walls autotile :) we were gonna make out tutorial a little more polished but ran out of time lol

lol we played and rated ur game :)

this was actually a really good idea. i feel like this has potential. its a good puzzle game thats not a platformer lol :)  gj!

you can sell towers by clicking on them thx for playing!

i really like the style of this game. reminds me of a game i made for gmtk a year ago. this was short but solid. feel free to come check out my game :)

once i got the hang, this was really smooth! the movement is cleannnn makes me wanna speedrun it

(also cool youtube like intro vid)

I like the style of this game a lot. the physics and the music remind me of a game from my childhood i really like called jello car or smth. i didnt realize how the game related to the theme until after playing it lol. good to see a fellow godot user :) feel free to check out our game if u have time!

This game feels really well balanced in all the categories. its really cool. after dying a ton I got the hang of the controls and it was really fun.
