Wondering if anyone can help - I have had many payments from my account since 2021 with no problems, but the last payment has been stuck in In Review for 25 days.
I wrote to support@itch.io, well there has been no response for a long time.

Despite our efforts to optimize the game twice, reducing its memory consumption to 4GB remains a challenge. 
Currently, our optimization process is on hold as we focus on other critical tasks.

Oh, and a quick heads-up – if you’ve played our game before, there might be a little hiccup with the save files from older versions.
To sort this out, you might need to clear your save folder.
Here’s how you can do it:

1. Open this folder on your PC: C:\Users\[YourWindowsUsername]\AppData\Local\Magissy\Saved\SaveGames
2. Go ahead and delete the files you find there.

Just replace [YourWindowsUsername] with your actual username on Windows.
But remember, doing this will erase your old saves, so you'll be starting fresh.
Only go ahead with this if you’re okay with that.

• Sound Card: DirectSound (DirectX® 9.0c)

But hey, here's the thing: the game's still a work in progress, so those requirements might not be the full story.
For a smoother ride, I'd say bumping up your specs a bit would be a good move.

Here's what I suggest:

• Processor: Something with a quad-core would be sweet.
• RAM: 16 GB to keep things running smooth.
• Graphics Card: Aim for around 8GB of video memory.
• Hard Drive: An SSD would really speed things up.

If your setup's already rocking these specs and you're still stuck with lag, it might be something else eating up your resources.
And don't forget to keep your drivers updated – that can sometimes make a world of difference.

We've been tinkering with some upload settings and noticed something interesting.
If your downloads keep getting blocked or won't start, you might want to try ticking the 'Enable alternate download mode' option before starting to download.
It's a handy workaround, especially if you're in a region that blocks certain CDNs.
Give it a shot and see if it helps with your download issues!

Strange bug, we are still figuring it out

We're not sure what's causing the issue.
We've already checked the zip archive for any errors in the upload folder on itch, and it seems to be in good shape.
Interestingly, we also couldn't download the entire 10 GB through the website, so we suggest trying to download it via the itch.io launcher instead.
We did re-upload the build, but itch didn't register any changes in the file, indicating that the original file was uploaded to itch without any problems.

We've just rolled out Build 0.2.7 which includes a host of fixes and improvements from 0.2.6. 
We hope the bug you encountered has been resolved in this latest build.
