I really liked that, well done !

The music and art were really good (I thought I was crazy thinking the UI was inspired by Persona, and then I saw the transition screen, and there was no doubt in my mind haha)

This really works well, you can be proud of yourself, well done ! :D

(1 edit)

Okay, that was really fucking cool.

The premise is very original, and the execution is really well done. I especially enjoyed the art and the audio, those were really something. I am not that much into analog horror. However, you really made it weird, but like GOOD weird, and that's awesome.

I left this thinking I wanted more, because I felt like the puzzle was a bit short ; But then again, I realize that for several reason (10 min constraint + making sure that the 15 channels all have something different during all this time), I realize that it wasn't really doable.

Also, I'm kinda curious how the whole timeline works from a programming standpoint.

Honestly, I think this is a really really cool project, one of my favorites ! You can absolutely be proud of yourself, well done ! :D

PS : J'espère que les yaourts étaient bons Samy mdrrr

That was really fucking cool !

The puzzles were just the right difficulty for me,  short and sweet. I never felt stuck. The art and audio are really really good, and the writing is on point ! I really liked the little QoL thing like fast travelling through the dark room, thanks for that haha.

Bravo encore !

Oh wow, thank you for the kind words and the amazing comment ! :D

I was actually a bit worried about the level design, so I'm glad you thought it was fine haha

Thanks a bunch ! :)

Thank you so much, well done getting to the end ! :)

And hey, don't sell yourself short, Little Orb was great !

(1 edit)

oh yeah, I wasn't complaining about throwing the train around, I think it is a fun mechanic that works well and that is works well ! :)

The bug I mentionned tends to happen when the train was on the revolving tracks, that I was using to throw the train around (maybe when triggering the train rotation while it is already rotating ? I'm not sure)

That was really cool ! I managed the first 9 levels and got stuck on the beginning of the 10th, but the concept and execution is really cool, well done !

I think I would've liked to have a line showing where I will shoot my drops, but that's nitpicking.

Well done ! :D

Thanks a bunch, glad you liked it ! :)

Yeah, the level design was made with getting over it in mind, but we tried not to be as mean haha

The concept is pretty cool, but I especially enjoyed the writing ! THis really made it for made ! :)

And yeah, you're probably tired of hearing it, but the invisible cursor makes it kinda hard.

Oh, but the artstyle wzas great tho ! :)

My dumb ass actually found it and thought it was used for stacking and not for the plant lmaoooo

That's a funny little idea ! Good job ! :)

Thank you so much, appreciate it ! :D

I saw on the forum that this was the first project you put out ? Good job on shipping something, that is really something to be proud of ! :D

I do have a bit of feedback in the future if you are interested on making more platformer games ;

  • Focus on a core unique mechanic that you can polish
  • Avoid leap of faith
  • Make the camera look in front of the player rather than what is behind them

But honestly, my first few games weren't half as good, so well done ! :)

Thank you very much !

Yeah, my buddy and I aren't really game jam fiends, so we aren't really up to date with what is done a lot, sorry if the idea isn't particularly new haha.

Thanks for the feedback ! :)

Thank you, we're pretty proud ! :D

Thanks bud 🐸

Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed our game ! :)

Thanks, glad you liked it ! :D

Thank you for playing ! :)

I really liked that !

It's particularly rare to have game with a story in a jam, let alone a sad one, so well done on being innovative there !

I think that the jump could be improved a bit, because it's a bit hard to get right. Also, I feel like the second to last level was wayyy harder than the last one.

But it's really not a big deal, so well done for this ! :D

I liked it ! But same as f/lorui, couldn't make it past the pllant level, event hough I tried to stack everything.

I liked your artstyle, it reminded me of Pizza Tower.

Good job ! :D

This was really cool ! I really like the level design of the last level, very clever !

It was really well rounded, good job !

That was very cute ! :)

I ended up mostly slamming the train around, because it was easier, but that was fun haha. I liked the tutorial, it was pretty funny (although I DID read the controls, heh). I would've liked to be able to zoom out a bit more, though, but it's not a big deal.

Oh, and I kept having this weird bug where, when the train was on the revolving rails and got off early, it was stuck mid rotation.

Overall, it was a really cool take on the themes, great job ! :)à

Wow, this is pretty cool !

This must have been a pain to program, congrats !

This could use a bit of polish here and there, and the difficulty is too much for me (I wasn't able to beat it), but the concept and the execution is really cool ! I also really liked the small detail that the music switches depending on your mode !

Overall, great job ! :D

Wow, thank you so much for the kind words !

Yeah, the game can be a little punishing at times, but we tried to make the level in a way that you can always make sure that you can grab onto something to catch your fall haha

Glad you liked our game ! :)

This was cool, it kinda reminded me of reigns ! :)

I liked the idea, but I think there was a small issue, because the text was sometimes the same for "Opposing view" and another card". But overall, I enjoyed it ! :)

hampter go brrrrrrrr

No but seriously this was really cool, even though the jumps were a bit hard. Also, the audio reminded me of mother 3, which was pretty cool haha

(1 edit)

Looks like it haha

Yeah, I meant the exclamation mark. I Think it could also be present on the SAFEPINS icon on the desktop, since the tabs are closed when you start a new day.

Thanks, you can be proud of what you did ! Good luck with yours ! :)

Thanks !

Yeah, that is something we tried, but it ended up restricting a bit too much where you were able to click to go up, so we settled with what we have now.

Thank you for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it ! :)

This is a cute little game, well done ! :)

This is AWESOME

Since you seem to be wondering about that, here is what confused me at first :

  • Didn't really understand the goal of the game at first (maybe put it in clear words "You are a moderator and need to fact check biggotted or wrong statments"
  • Didn't know how to skip to next day
  • Didn't really understand how to use the different tabs at first

But other than that, man was it cool. Sound design is great, the art is awesome, I really really enjoyed it, favorite game of this jam so far. Great job ! :)

Also, maybe it would be cool to have an exclamation mark to show that there is news on the Icon before opening it ? I always ended up forgetting to look there

Hey, that was pretty cool !

I was just a bit confused at first regarding the controls because I skipped the intro cutscene b, I think it would we cool if they were in the description of the itch page.

I think your game looked fairly good, I especially liked the little detail of the spikes getting bloody over time ! :)

The story was pretty funny, if a little bit too long.

Overall, it was really enjoyable, good job ! :)

Yeah, no worries, I was planning to do it on my lunch break today :)

Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed it ! :)

First of, the art of this game, especially the animation, is IMMACULATE, so awesome job on that front.

However, I did find the game a bit hard. I tried all 3 level but I couldn't finish any (which probably tells more about me than about the game lmao). But I feel like it is hard to predict what the next movement will be. Maybe having a bar showing how long a movement lasts and how long the next one will be would help ? I dunno

ALl I know is, this was really cool. The character controller did feel good, despite not controlling it.

Well done !

That was nice !

I really like the barrel 3D model and its ragdoll, that was pretty neat !

I think that the level with the moving goal (second to last, if I remember that right) is a bit hard, because it feels kinda random.

Overall, good job, that was fun ! :)

I liked it ! The graphics were cool, and the audio was really nice !
I think I agree with Boojiden, in that I would have liked to see what was ahead a bit. That, or maybe more frequent checkpoints so that you are not afraid to try wild shots.

However, the ball controls in themselves felt really good, so good job !

Overall, I really liked it !

I really liked this ! I think I cleared most of the levels, but I ended up getting stuck haha

The controls were smooth, the goal was clear, the presentation was awesome (graphics and audio, nice job !) and the gameplay was fun!

I do have a few suggestions though ; At first, I didn't get what the "slow down" areas were, because I thought they were spikes.

However, I really liked that you made it so that the platform moves on a grid, makes it sooo much easier to control.

Overall, really cool game, well done ! :D

This was pretty fun !

I think the difficulty was maybe a bit too much, but honestly it was not too bad. The one gripe I had was that maybe the level should only start when the player moves, so that you have the time to look around the screen a bit before your guy walks into a pit.

But other than that, presentation was great, and gameplay was fun, well done ! :)
