A lovely story of two girls meeting on the train.

Dana’s summer vacation has just started and she’s on her way to volunteer on an organic  farm. But she’s not expecting something wonderful to happen on the train…

The game is available on Itch.io here:

I found this to be an absolutely lovely and charming story, and I hope you will make more visual novels in the future. Your precious art style really emphasizes the gentle and beautiful feeling that the story had.

It was super cute, and I'd love to see more of these characters in your art, stories, or future visual novels!

I'm running two launch discounts until the end of December ^^ Details on the game page at https://littleviktoria.itch.io/a-beautiful-ride-to-carlisle

The game is out! ^^

Thank you! I'm already planning another visual novel ^^ The feedback will be very helpful!

Thank you, Thrawn! I'm smiling so much reading your review ^^

I'd love to make more visual novels; in fact I'm considering starting the next one right away while the skills are fresh in my mind.

I think there will be a continuation of Dana and Sharon's story at some point. I won't rush into it, I'll let the story develop in my mind. It's a slow and gentle game, and I wrote the story for it many years ago. I never thought it would become a visual novel!

Thank you so much for the review, Dark Paladin X! I'm happy you liked it.

You're right, I'm new to Ren'Py. I've done corporate programming before, but I haven't used Python, and it's true that I probably did a lot of things backwards.

Your feedback really encourages me to start work on the next visual novel. Please give me a few hints where those rough edges are; it would help a lot. I'll fix them in the next one ^^

You can write here or send me email to love.little.viktoria@gmail.com . Thank you again!

Thank you ^^

Here is my first visual novel, A Beautiful Ride to Carlisle. I'm working on the final parts of the story and waiting for the music to be finished. The game will be out in December.

The game is a kinetic novel, that is, a story that you watch. In the midst of all the flashy supernatural, dramatic, epic (= boring ^^) games, I wanted to make something gentle, subtle, and beautiful.

I'm delighted how it came out, and I enjoyed making it. If I can sell it, I will make more. If you can, please help me by suggesting ways to market the game. It would be a huge help for me.

You can listen to some of the music from the game here: littleviktoria.com/visual-novels/.

If you like my art, you can see more at littleviktoria.deviantart.com, or littleviktoria.com (some explicit things there ^^)
