Interesting idea. I think the gameplay could've been a little more engaging, good job nonetheless. Great job on the music and sound :)

Loved the concept, had fun playing but very tedious 😆

I loved the effect of drying out, how the colors changed and the music slowed

Great visuals, with more time I'm sure you could make something really cool with this, and at least you submitted something, that in itself can be a challenge, so good job :)

Good job for using rust and learning raylib. Gameplay could've been better, ah well :) If you had fun making it that's what's important.

Great job making it in C! The actual gameplay could've been better, but I bet it was a lot of fun to make :)

Amazing job! The art, sound, and gameplay were all great. I think I got the gnomed ending, I got all 6 gnomes and went through the portal. I think my biggest critique is that is was very easy to get lost, some sort of tab to display mini-map would've been nice if you had more time. Overall very impressed.

Nice 🐮

Yeah that'd be cool if you could shoot down the mother ship, but I'm not sure what would happen after

Thanks for the feedback!

Make sure you're dropping the animal right in the middle of the pen on the ground, if you don't get them in the pen they'll run off really fast. I knew it was a little finicky, thanks for the feedback.

hello stranger

They're the fences with the text above it, like in this screenshot:

There's 3 of them, one for the cows, sheep, and pigs.

Great music and audio, great visuals. Chess is cool 😆

It's an interesting idea, I was never able to beat the AI though, I wasn't really sure of a good strategy besides just wait for the AI to mess up

Left click to pick it up, and drop it in the right pen

Yeah that was a bug I never really noticed or had time to figured out before the jam deadline 😆. After the jam is over I can try and fix it. Thanks for the feedback :)

Great audio, the art was really good too. I wish the game got harder a little easier because the beginning was really easy and I got bored. I also wish the board was a bit bigger, but that's hard with 64x64 limitation. Overall great job, I enjoyed as is, and with just a bit of work it could be even more fun :)

Nice controls, really nice graphics. The music got a little repetitive but it wasn't annoying. Controls felt good. Great job :)

Amazing job! My biggest critiques are: I found it really confusing to control how far you move horizontally when jumping, if that could've be explained better that would've been really nice (I died a bunch jumping over the lava pits between the stone columns). I was okay with not being able to move in mid-air though. Also I wish I could respawn faster with how often I die :)

I'm glad that you could reuse the respawn points, but I thought it was weird that you had to reset them after each death, and that there was a several second cooldown, it felt like it just added even more time to how long it took to respawn. Also I found a bug where I died and as I was respawning I think I was still holding down the movement key and something happened where I walked over and fell in a lava pit, so once my body came back to life I just instantly died and lost 😆

All that said, what you've managed to make is super impressive, you deserve to be proud

Finally managed to beat it. It took me a minute to realize you could go past the goat legs. Restarting with just pressing enter would've been nice. I like the different combos from shifting forms. Was a bit difficult but I enjoyed. The screenshake, music, and sound effects really added to the ambience, made me curious about the game's lore.

Loved this. Great vibes, I enjoyed exploring around the map and doing the different tasks for the different NPCs. I think my main critiques would be 1) music would've added the game's charm, and 2) I'm not sure there was much strategy for the farming, it seems that corn has the best payout so I'm not sure why you'd plant any other crop. Overall really solid job, one of my favorites from this jam so far :)

Really interesting idea. I failed most of the puzzles but it was still fun to play. The art style of everything was very cohesive and well done. Maybe some music might've been nice, but the sound effects were great.

Great job! Loved the art and the audio was pretty good too. I love the variety of all the different planets as well. The dash animation was really nice. I like the lookahead on the camera, made it easier to see where I was going. I think the biggest thing I'd work on improving next time would be the actual gameplay, I didn't feel like there was much strategy, I just dashed through all the enemies and beat the game in like 3 minutes 😁. Other than that, great job.

probably, also camera smoothing might help

Great job on the art style, visuals are amazing. The speed up effect was really cool. I thought I'd beaten the game and then I found out you could land on one of the planets and enter 2D mode. I wish the story and objective of the game had been a little clearer, but I had enough fun as is just exploring around :)

Thanks 😀

Great aesthetic

I liked how their were coins that you wanted to collected in addition to the bushes to avoid

Music and sfx would've been nice

A fun idea with decent level design. It'd be really nice if there was music and sfx. The game over animation was really cool, how everything dissolved.

Love how easy this is to play, no tutorial needed. Some music and sfx would've really added to the experience. Also it's a little hard to tell where the colliders start and end. Overall, a masterpiece 🦆

A little disorientating, but the idea is super fun, and I had a good time playing it :)

Cool idea! It might've been nice if the camera movement was a little smoother, and sfx and music would've been nice. I think it's also a little too easy to crash into stuff. All of that aside though, you did a great job for your first jam :)

So cute 😺

I love the concept, turning on the bathtub to get the rubber duck out was really cool. Unfortunately I got stuck unable to move somehow in the corners of one of the rooms:

It was still really fun to play though.

Great idea, I really like what's there already. Right now my biggest feedback would be to make mining faster, right now it takes a really long time.

Great job! I like the clock and the levels were fun. It was cool how each level was more or less the same, just a little bit harder, it creates a nice difficulty curve.

I have to agree with everyone else here, the presentation is top-notch. Great job with the graphics and the audio!

Simple but polished. I enjoyed the art and the sound effects. Not too hard, too easy if anything.

Cool art style, I like that the characters are buttons :)

I'll admit I was pretty confused as what to do at first, and the oven platforming section was really hard, because of the controls and the camera doesn't follow the buttons so it's hard to see where you're going. The music is fun.

I enjoyed being able to take off the doors of stuff. Models were good. Music got a little repetitive but wasn't too annoying. I think with a little more work and better lighting the game could've looked a lot better. Good job :)

Good use of limitation, really simple but well made. I like the audio. Also making the cakes really tall is fun.

Art is fantastic. I wish you could put multiple cookies in the oven at once. If you work on this game more outside of this jam then being able to walk around with WASD would be nice.  Would play more if there was more variety.

Art and lighting are really cool

Thank you, I wasn't sure how well it fit the game, but I was in a hurry so I didn't have a lot of time to write music, but I thought it sounded good so good enough :)

It was meant to be a joke, but I forgot to turn down the weights. Thanks for the review :)
