Super fun game!  I liked how you used the timing and division of the wheel for spell casting.  Very creative.  The art looked great and everything was very cohesive.  Well done!

Fun puzzle game!  Reminds of "The Room", a favorite of mine.  Great work!

Good work on your submission!  I had fun, but would have loved to be able to reach full speed more. I kept hitting the slimy parts and then I'd finally go super fast and run right into a bunch of slime.  I think making the slime a little more spread out would boost that sense of speed throughout the game.

Great submission!  I liked the shooter-style of this game, but it took me a minute to get into the groove of the "circuit" doing damage.  I think it's a unique mechanic and would have some interesting uses if you want to continue to expand this game.  Like what if the + and - were strategically laid out like an obstacle course or land mines.  Overall, enjoyable game and I wish you luck in the jam!

Congrats on your first game jam!!  Your submission is really cool.  I enjoyed the feedback of seeing the electricity moving through the wires and how you could place each part.  I would have loved to be able to build wires by clicking on the start and finish to connect two pieces.  Also, once I got the loop working for the first level, I got a pop up with my efficiency and cost, and while both were within the range specified, I couldn't tell if I "won" or not.  For your next game jam (I hope this will be the first of many!), I recommend adding elements that give the player clear feedback on win/lose.  This can be as simple as a green checkmark or something.  Since your game mechanic is essentially connecting components, in this case you could even start out with a super super simple level where the components are there and you only connect one to the other.  It would give the player an intro to how things are scored and how to use the mechanic you design.  Then jump in to making their own design by placing components.

All in all, a very impressive first jam submission.   If you want to check out a fellow "Circuit" game submission, here's ours:  https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2025/rate/3773979

Thank you for playing and rating!

I like the idea with the rope.  I think it would be easier to maneuver if the two ends of the rope automatically found each other (if this was already happening, I'd make the connection happen faster).  I found it difficult to get the two ends of the rope where I needed them.  I switched strategies to just making the longest rope I could.   Another way to approach the steep learning curve with the rope is starting out slower/less enemies to give newbies like me a chance to master their rope throwing skills.  Good work on this game and best of luck with the jam!

Thank you!

I really loved the art in this one and enjoyed the puzzle aspect.  I found it very difficult to understand what the valid moves were and what my goal was, but it looked great! :)  The card purchases were a nice surprise as was the fighting mechanism.

I think the controls were pretty clever once I got the hang of what was going on.  Despite this, I'm not sure if there's only one level to this game, or I'm just incapable of doing a correct loop (probably the latter).  Either way, I had fun doing lots of loops on that first level.  Great work!

I liked how intuitive the use of the drag and drop script editor was.  Music was enjoyable and levels were challenging.  Great work!

Fantastic game.  The level design on level 3 had me raging, but in a good way.  I was determined to get those buildings knocked down.  It wasn't until that level that I realized that you have to hit a building to keep going.  And to top it off you end with a level builder?!! That's insane! Simple, but highly effective execution.  Great work!

Thank you!

Thank you for the feedback!  Way to go on the score!

Thank you for this feedback!

Haha so many eyeballzzzzz!! I am bad at this game, but had fun.  I loved how the eyeballs shoot out of Mr. I's head when they do manage to get in there.  However,  I wish the flow of eyeballs was slower to match my newbie eyeball-saving skills.  I thought the story behind it was charming and bonus points for Mr. I's rockin' beard!

Cheers!

This game was pretty hilarious.  I gave you top marks for narrative because the title and description really create a fun cowboy vibe.  My favorite part was watching the cow fall over (and his head was completely flat).  Tossing that lasso was SUPER hard!  The barrel at the beginning was by far the most difficult one for me to get.  I liked how the crazy cow got on top of an oil rig (I think that's what they're called?) Great work overall!

How fun!  Reminds me of pool mixed with another game I like called Bubble Spinner.  I enjoyed the sound effects and the time in between turns that allow me to strategize a bit.  I couldn't figure out how many ball hits counted toward the score.. I notice the first two get absorbed to a new color and the rest get bounced.  I would have loved to see physics that allowed for more chain reaction because the hit mechanism you set up was really fun to watch.  Great work!

I was so excited to play this one because of your capsule art - I love stars in gameplay :)
Hopefully you'll still get to share it with the world after the jam!

The fact that you created such a rich environment and story with such a simple approach is amazing. I  really enjoyed this story and I think you did a fantastic job on this submission!

OH!  I saw the food crate, but I TOTALLY  missed that it was for the pigeon.  For some reason I thought it was for Pete.  That makes sense now.  Thanks for explaining!

HOORAY I used the shell for good!

Really fun game.  I played all the way to the end, which is rare for me in a 20 level game jam game.  The difficulty progression on this was on point and it had just the right amount of training.  Even though there was a bunch of text at the beginning, but you made it fun to read - especially the final point "You. Are. Not. Alone".  The animations were a great way to keep the intro interesting.  Good luck in the jam!

Thanks so much for playing!

I had no clue there was a poop-o-meter until I ran out of poops and I had to press that second button.  I agree with BakerDev's comment on this.  I loved the little pigeon and the happy Pete character.  Jumping around with them was good fun.  I just wish I knew how to refill the poop.  :) Great submission!

Despite the lack of game, I enjoyed this.  Thanks for submitting it :)

Creative concept!  Took me a little bit to figure out they couldn't jump the same distance and how to use the controls.  It got quite difficult and I got very stuck at the first switch - I got the red in, but once the switch was on, I wasn't sure how to get out.  I'd recommend adding a slower progression to the difficulty to ease the player into learning their new skills.

Congrats on this being your first game you completed!  That's a huge accomplishment and I hope we see an entry from you at the next game jam!

Very cool art style and I like the creative spin on the theme.  I found it incredibly difficult to win despite multiple attempts on easy.  Maybe it's because I'm less used to using the SAWD keys?  I'm probably just bad at hiding.  Either way, awesome submission!

I liked the switch between bright and happy to dark and scary.  You pulled it off well.  I had to do three playthroughs because I kept getting stuck when the boxes didn't fall the right way.  But once I learned where I had to hit them, I finally escaped!  Would have loved a health meter, a way to attack, and some kind of message/direction at the beginning to let me know my objective was to get to some kind of destination.  The platform jumping was a little tricky, but overall felt good.  Good effort on this one!

Fun game! I had no clue what to expect and this did not disappoint.  The explosion sound was very well done.  The ways the little smiley guy and tanks mess up your gameplay is very creative - and they do it just when I was getting confident.   Really enjoyed this!

This game is FUN!  Love the controls and the music had me jamming out.  Design was fun and effective.  The gameplay felt great.  I wish there was a way to push people away from rocks/obstacles (like blowing a gust of wind from the cloud?) so that the wouldn't automatically drown if I picked them up next to a rock.  All in all, really great submission.

So glad you enjoyed it, perscode!  I'm glad with such a short game, we left you guessing at what comes next.  Thanks for playing!

Thanks, Doughet!  I'm also a fan of the office dynamic - I think it has a lot of potential for silly situations. :)  If we had more time, we would have loved to deepen the story line of the trainee a bit and add variety to the mini games.  So much to do, so little time.  Thank you for playing!

Who doesn't love free coffee?!?  Ha!  Thanks for this feedback!  Glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks so much for the great feedback!  I agree, there was  potential with the mini games, and we initially had 4 different ones in mind, but ran out of time.  Oh well!

I'm also not sure what the aim was here... I can only assume it came down to time issues. Better luck next time!

Really fun platformer - the jumping felt really great and and I enjoyed how the gun/mushrooms could bounce around before killing enemies.  I got stuck once in the bottom right of the map and don't think I was able to get out.  After a few tries I found what I think was the cave I was trying to get to, but it said 0/7, even though I had 3 mushrooms.  I guess I wasn't totally sure where I was supposed to be going.  Despite that, it was really fun to wander around and shoot things.  Great art, SFX, and music!

I have mixed feelings on this one.  The graphics, music and SFX are wonderful and really create a spooky/exciting vibe for the game.  Great job on that!

However, I find using the commands instead of just the arrow keys to be really tedious.   Where I think this could have been improved was being able to chain commands together like LRDDDULR and pressing enter to have them executed at once.  Otherwise, without the chaining ability, you're just using two keystrokes for something that normally takes one, and it's less intuitive.  Even though it's really creative and fun to type the commands at first, it gets tedious quickly.

Super creative idea, though, and polished execution!

So bittersweet!  Really creative entry and I enjoyed the gameplay.  Potentially the leaves could speed up when the memory bar gets into a red zone and be slower the rest of the time.  I think starting out slower with the leaf drops would have allowed them to contribute more to the atmosphere as well as being part of the objective.

I was also hoping he would stumble in the narrative based on how low his memory meter was.  Saying something like "oh.... hmm.. I seem to be forgetting how that went..."  and then maybe pick the original narrative back up once the meter was brought back up.  I think there is such potential for how the narrative could branch out based on his level of memory.

Overall fantastic entry and enjoyable game to play.

I agree with some of the other commenters that it was a really tough game.  However, I really enjoyed the music, sound effects, and models.  It came together really well, great work!  You achieved that Autumn aethetic.

To make this game more fun, I'd recommend making the bad guys less difficult to kill and introducing waves of baddies that have increasing difficulty.  You could also allow the character to have unlimited leaves and only require them to suck up health restores, leaf "power ups", or leaf "bombs".  I found it difficult to avoid the leaf bags while shooting at them AND trying to refill my leaf blower.

Anyways, creative concept and nice execution.  Just needed a little tweaking on the gameplay.  Great work!
