Hi, thanks a lot for playing and taking the time to give me feedback! Maybe it wasn’t super clear what I was trying to do, but the main idea behind the game was to generate the rhythm while playing. When you hit the correct colors, they start playing their sounds, and the combination of everything creates the rhythm for that level.

Nice game! Great choice of background music, it really adds a chill vibe. It was awesome to see your progress from the early sketches on the Discord server to the final result. Beating the bongos to collect crabs and then switching up the rhythm to make them run was a clever touch.
If you’re thinking of expanding the game, here are a couple of ideas. I feel like there's potential for a little crab collection system. I noticed the variety, some are bigger, some change colors, but I could only interact with the red ones. It would be fun if you could collect different types and maybe get some bonuses from them, not just for staying alive. Just a thought if you want to keep building on it!
Oh, I finally discovered where the data is stored and what might be causing the bug.
The data is saved in the registry keys at HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/DefaultCompany/FleshBound. If you delete that registry, the tutorial will restart.
I think the reason I ended up in a dead end is because the tutorial runs at the same time as the music. So if you take your time to read, you end up losing the game and getting stuck in a broken state.
The game feels a bit too close to Fruit Ninja for me, but great job recreating it with bonuses and slide mechanics.
That said, I think you could add a bit more of your own twist to make it stand out. Maybe each fruit could have its own sound, and combos could generate unique sound sequences. Adding a bit of camera shake when slicing a juicy fruit could also boost that satisfying reward feeling. Just some thoughts.
Really cute and cool art style and music. I liked the three different sounds and difficulty options. I can totally picture myself speedrunning this game and taking the obstacle path to save time and finish faster 😄
The sound syncs perfectly with the key presses, how did you manage to do it ?
However, I didn’t really feel a difference in difficulty between easy and hard mode. It just felt different, not necessarily easier or harder. Maybe I’m missing something?
it just feels really good to play!
As some people pointed out, there might be something off with the watermelon collision. Just a quick tip, you could look into whether any heavy functions are being called when the melons break. Try to figure out exactly what’s going on under the hood. Maybe even ask Bezi for help. AI might be able to detect the issue… or who knows, maybe it’s even part of the problem! If you want contact me on discord we could look that through (Snopoulin)
I was really impressed with the high definition of the renderings. The UI and music could use a bit more polish, but for a game jam, it's totally understandable that you need to move fast.
Great job finishing the game!
The synergy between the colors, music, and design in this game just feels right. I really liked the idea of discovering rhythms through the different colors, but I feel like that concept could be explored a bit more. Maybe I’m missing something, but after figuring out the color sequence, there didn’t seem to be much more to do that day.
One idea I have here could be discovering new rhythms by mixing different colors, and maybe having a kind of achievement book to keep track of what you’ve found. Like you already did but with more complex shapes and let the user set the discovery pace.
It’s clear you’ve got real talent when it comes to music and visuals. The way the piano notes goes with the user interactions really gives the game that final cozy touch. I loved playing your game! (Amazing name choice by the way)
Uoaaaal, it was such a pleasure to read your comment! So many great ideas, sweet words and helpful feedback. Thank you so much!
You're totally right about having an arhythmic track in the background. The inspired tracks from Xchronomorph (a software for messing around with polyrhythms and balanced polygons) actually include that kind of background effect in their demos, but I didn't think of implementing it. It was my first time playing around with music, and discovering this mathematical side of it filled me with excitement and joy.
And about making the game more forgiving, I couldn’t agree with you more!
I really like the idea of typing ingredients to the beat of the music to increase your score. How did you handle the sync between the music and the key presses? Super curious about that!
That said, I wasn’t totally sure about the objective. I found myself typing ingredients kind of randomly and couldn’t really do it consciously. Maybe adding a bit more to the tutorial would help make things clearer.
The visuals and audio are unique and well done, and the cocktail descriptions add a nice bit of lore. The hidden words bring in a cool sense of mystery. Your game has all the elements to be a hit. Just a bit more polish and it’ll be perfect!
Good artwork and interesting game physics. Figuring out when to drop the fruits is pretty challenging. The drum placement adds a bit of strategy too. It’s a shame the drums don’t make a sound when hit by the fruits, and I think the game could use some background music.
Overall, I think this game has a lot of potential but just hasn’t quite reached it yet. Keep grinding though!
This game is FUN! It was really hard to get the mechanics right, but once I did, it got super addictive. The art style is amazing and the colors make the rewards feel great. The way the birds and fishes accumulate adds something extra to the game.
My score was 46,527.
I’d just make it a little easier to hit the keys since the timing window feels really short.
Maybe I'm just missing something, but I don’t see any indicator when the music is playing. And when I right-click on the deck, nothing happens.
What’s weird is that I completely removed the game and reinstalled it, but it still didn’t reset the game state. Are you storing the game data somewhere else on the system?
Real simple but cool mechanics. The scenery feels really nice, and when I got a nice drink with a B, the character did a little dance :3 The music has a warm and calm rhythm, and it just feels good to play.
Maybe adding a bit more visual feedback when hitting space to slide a note and a realtime score would help improve the game. I wasn’t sure if I was getting the notes right.
P.S. Interesting choice of background tiled image frames. I was a little scared at first 😅
It was really cool to see the fish you posted on Discord come to life in the game. You did a great job balancing the rowing mechanic with the timing. I especially enjoyed the smooth right slide when holding the key in the middle of the game.
That said, I found it a bit tricky to handle the unusual key combinations like R and U or V and N. Also, the lack of music felt a little off. Maybe you could try using arrow keys instead and add some visual cues to show which keys to press, to help better differentiate between the front and back rowers.
I'm really impressed with your work! Good job!
Hi! I'm having some trouble playing the game. The first time I launched it, everything looked normal until the card drawing part, where I wasn’t able to draw any cards. Now when I relaunch the game, the tutorial doesn’t show up anymore.
I'm playing on Windows. Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

I’m really impressed by the potential this game has. At first, with no screenshots, no description, and needing to download it, I’ll admit it was a bit discouraging. But once I opened it up and saw what you managed to build in such a short time, it was seriously impressive.
It’s a bit of a shame there wasn’t a clear link to the rhythm theme. Or did I missed something?
The 3D lighting looks great, and I noticed some early ideas around durability, item interactivity, and what I think is procedural generation for the road, terrain, and forest. Really cool stuff!
Amazing cover image! Could you share the prompt you used to generate it? I was really impressed when you posted it on Discord.
The game runs smoothly, and the 3D models fit the style perfectly. The beats give it an extra touch of coziness that I really enjoyed.
Around 6000 points, I started running into impossible paths. It was a bit frustrating to lose a round because of bad luck instead of skill.
Also, what’s the deal with the blue, red, and green lanes? I didn’t really get how those mechanics work.
Really nice art style! Everything from start to finish feels super smooth. The parallax in the background, the way the keys come in, and the sync between the notes and the music is AMAZING. I’d love to know how you pulled that off!
Just one small thing that felt a bit off: there’s no penalty for missing or spamming keys, and even when I played correctly, it started to feel a little repetitive over time.
Incredible visual art, especially with the water shaders and monuments. I saw the sketches on Discord and it’s really impressive to see your creative process. The storytelling is really nice too, it feels like a well-polished, cozy game. Bravo!
That said, it did start to feel a bit repetitive after my second lighthouse, and the plane physics were a bit different from what I’m used to in other games.
But overall, it just feels really nice to fly around with Mr. Lunos and enjoy the melodies.
Really incredible storytelling, game art, and minigame mechanics. The sync between the notes and the music is spot on. And the comments to Andrew are absolutely hilarious. I had a lot of fun playing your game!
I was a bit disappointed though because after buying the 60k house, nothing else seemed to happen 😅
Quick suggestion: a "Skip Intro" button would be awesome 😂. The sensitivity felt a bit off too, so having an option to adjust it would be nice. The character movement also felt a bit unnatural. But honestly, all of that doesn’t really matter in the context of a game jam.
Really great job overall!
The game has some really cool 3D assets and solid playability. It’s a bit of a shame there’s no web version, since that could really help more people try it out.
I got to the part where I need to find a way down, but I wasn’t sure what to do. I tried jumping to the road and reaching other buildings, but I always got sent back to the respawn point. Could you explain what I'm supposed to do there?
Cool and unique art style! I had a bit of trouble understanding the game mechanics at first, especially during the minigames. I think having a visual cue showing which letter to press could really help. It wasn’t very clear to me why I was pressing the X button to validate notes.
Really great job syncing the beat with the running notes! I’d love to hear how you pulled that off. Also, having a web version of your game would be super cool and could help it reach a lot more players.
Also, during the sleeping phase, I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. Could you explain that part a bit more?
And having a web version of your game would be cool as well and reach a large number of players.
