Thank you for playing the game and the encouraging words. As a puzzle designer I think creating aha moments is the most rewarding of feelings.

Hi!
We're currently having some display issue. Currently, if you have a 1920x1080 screen or less you will need to scroll to the bottom right corner of the page to click the fullscreen button, otherwise the game will be too zoomed in and you won't see the top bar where the city revenue, time remaining and pause button is.
We're working on fixing this. Apologies for the inconvenience
Having to constantly switch views makes for a fun and tensed game. The visuals are well polished pixel art. Small suggestions: A bit of music perhaps would have been great to match the high tension of the gameplay. And maybe the field of view when inside the cabin is a bit tight to really allow anticipating. But I guess that's the point of the game?
Good concept. I think there might be a bit too many cards for the earlier games for it to be doable to actually conceive a startegy though. Perhaps doing away with numbers on the cards entirely could have make it easier to read (so essentially just 4 plain colours). But either way, with a few balancing tweaks it could make a very nice party duel gam.
Thanks for the feedback. With a bit more time we surely could add a few more variations on the SFX to make less annoying.
As of the killing yourself on entering the level, I am afraid I did not get time to test the key debounce. It's valuable feedback and I'll make sure to fix this in future iterations :)
I think the theme of turn based strategy with some randomness in the action choice is quite a popular one in this jam (our entry also falls into this category), but this is a very well made implementation of the theme.
I think one improvement would be to somehow allow seeing the enemies hands ahead of your own dice roll to reduce a bit the impact of shear luck, but overall it was quite fun to play a couple of levels.
Good job!
I have been playing a bit more and I was thinking that maybe it would be cool to be able to access the deck somewhere to be able to build up strategies overhead. That way it feels a bit less random, even if I must I like the "randomness" element to it as well, which you need to anticipate and so on.
