Thanks for doing so. Your game was well polished. Ping me again when Markiplier picks it up.

You guys did a great job at getting that scary vibe that scary games have. I uhh definitely screamed. I didn't know it was going to be a horror game at first, so I really thought it was just a quirky game at first. When I realized it might be scary, the only thing that kept me going was the satisfying sound of picking up cubes-- especially when you dash through a group of cubes. I found out you could dash accidentally. That was nice. The whole cabinet falling when you press tab was awesome. The art was very cohesive. I don't understand why there's a painting that says its proud of me, but that was a nice touch. I don't really know what kind of feedback I could give to be constructive; the game was well made. I did feel a little lost at times, but I think being lost is a good part of the game. I will say, I heard a loud sound when I walked towards the green playground but I wasn't sure what it was. The first thing I did in that level was "ooh, I wonder if I can play with the swings". As I was typing this, one of my hooks on the wall fell and I screamed so I'm still feeling the effects of the game lmao. I think this is a well polished game overall, and I can definitely see Markiplier playing this in his series of 3 horror games.

Thanks~ I reviewed your game as well. It was really wholesome.

This was a lovely game that had me replaying it a couple times to get it right. I accidentally hard locked myself out somehow by skipping through the second persons dialogue too fast. Somehow after the decorating phase I couldn't give coffee.

I like the message that I got from the game, that sometimes a nice drink and someone to listen can make your day a lot better. I like how as I was playing through the characters, I was getting some unsolicited advice myself. One of those coversations hit home.

The animation for putting the label on the coffee cup is a really nice touch. Well done!

The only thing that wasn't super clear to me was who was talking at what point. I see that at some point a blue guy popped up when talking to Leon? The wolf-tiger? That was funny.

Very charming game, I could see it evolving into a nice, rewarding, story based game, where you learn more about the characters when they return for their daily coffee/tea... Also I noticed NOONE wanted juice. noooo

The game has a lively vibe/atmostphere and phenomenol art. I love the idea of invisible strangers growing a garden together. Its brings a sense of community without the hustle and bustle of seeing other people in your world. (It reminds me of the option to turn off other players in large minecraft servers.) I almost wonder if this could be expanded and made into some social experiment. If people could also destory, would they choose to destroy or create? I would just like the option to be able to rotate the camera to the other angle so we can see the layers more clearly. I feel like large trees can end up blocking the back and plus some people only plant towards the front and not towards the back. The OCD in me needs some organization. Overall though, great vibe, great music, great sounds. I love the little zoom in effect when you interact with things, it's perfect.

100% and above. You left a lot of valuable advice. I would be surprised if you aren't a mentor or some teacher already.

 Yes, it would be a  great addition for to input reasons why we have that flight mechanic in the first place, we didn't think about that. It's true that our quests and the actions of being a raven are quite different from each other... We need to think about how to tie our mechanics together better next time. I'm thrilled that the story was enjoyable.
Thank you for your honest opinion. :D Appreciate the time~

Hey everyone, our game is lacking in some feedback and some plays, so I was wondering if we could do a feedback trade.

I'm calling everyone who wants constructive criticism: Put your game in the thread below!

Let's do feedback sandwiches-- something nice, something to improve, something else that's nice.

This was our baby for two weeks: https://itch.io/jam/tgcxcoreblazer/rate/3628364 (Windows download)

The controls are WASD and mouse. You double tap space in order to fly. Mouse to pick up items.

Questions that I would love to get answered if possible (yall don't have to but I would appreciate):

- If I didn't tell you the controls, would it have been obvious?

- Is the direction of the game clear (like what to do)?

- How would you enhance the art style?

Put your game in the thread with or without some questions and I'll give back constructive feedback and rate your game. ;)

(That being said, I can only play either windows downloads or browser games... and my cpu cannot play some browser games, but I'll do my best!)

(1 edit)

I stopped at 61k viewers. It's bad enough having idle games on my phone and now I go on itch to play more?! lmao.

If someone gets to 100k PLEASE let me know what the reward is. Is there an ending? PLEASE spoil it for me. :pray-emoji: (ps I left a more in-depth comment on the submission page).

I'm afraid I have to stop at 61059 viewers. The game was extremely addicting-- I'm a sucker for idle games mmh. I just HAD to keep knowing what those upgrades were. I'm not gonna lie, at 24000 viewers I already had all the upgrades because I had no idea I was supposed to hold `p` and it wasn't a tap like action and thank. I'm stopping here because i've sunk so much time into it I gotta step away. Thanks for the game! With improvements you could def make a profit on the app store.
Tip: maybe little UI +10 +50 to show that thanking and etc does stuff.

LOL that was funny. The game was so whimsical it was so refreshing compared to the more serious games on here, haha. Good work! At first I was so confused what was happening, but that is the beauty of it lol. :D

First of all, the voice acting is phenomenal. Your game has a similar vibe to ours. I really enjoyed the color pallette. I think the tutorial area was a slow start.. It took me a long time to realize, "oh! the camera is moving that way because it wants me to go towards that light!" I got lost a lot but the camera ended up always guiding me to the next person so that was great. The piano sequence was so adorable, the cloud border was cute... I think the controls would have been more intuitive for a controller player here, though.

I liked how short it was. Music was good, the character design is adorable. I like that there does seem to be some story behind the blind girl and the boy leading her. The ending sequence was waaay to hard for me and it came so suddenly. It took me like 15 tries, but it was cute. This game would be very nice fleshed out with different environments etc.

I'm a sucker for good UI as a front end, mostly ui developer. I really like how clean the interface is. Very well polished, nice work!

Hi! We're super late to the party. I'll play your game, can you guys give us some feedback on ours?

Note: There is currently a small bug where the cake boxes will appear before the cakes are baked. After the quest is activated, the cakes will be deliverable.
