Creative Vision / Rationale / How Did You Incorporate the Theme
mochita is a bite sized puzzle game where you play as the titular mochita, a red round thing with a propensity for bravery, curiosity and a do it yourself attitude, with a whole gaggle of friends.
or, actually. you don't really play as mochita. you play as the landscape, the elements and other parts of the scenery to guide mochita along in their adventures.
in re-thinking the theme of generosity, we thought that instead of having the player directly interfere with the world and extract value through items or some such, the reward is helping these characters along in their friendships and day to day lives.

LOL that was funny. The game was so whimsical it was so refreshing compared to the more serious games on here, haha. Good work! At first I was so confused what was happening, but that is the beauty of it lol. :D
MOCHITA OCHITA CHITA HITA ITA TA A! Everything about this game caught my eye, and the whimsiness of it… just had to experience this for myself too!
Main twist where you play as the environment as you help Mochita walk through a scrapbooky world. ADORABLENESS OVERLOAD! I wish this were longer and that the levels could be more diverse. This game represents the heart of indie games well, crafted with so much love <3 ^^
the concept was really cool, I'm glad I played it!!!!!!!!
Cute game! I like the auto movement with the player in control of the environment. There were a few times I fell outside the map and had to manually respawn myself, but you included backspace to restart!
Dear Mochita Team, what an adorable game!! :> I loved it and I would love to see more! good luck in future game jams and in all that you do!
Really nice vibes, and love the art style. It's giving me big Keita Takahashi energy.
