Don’t trust me to deliver your packages in one piece XD Ran into some known issues, but liked the way you used the theme; I think we did something similar with attaching something heavy to the player.

Turning slime into smile was rewarding! While a little repetitive, I think adding more types can create large puzzle variety.

(The UI had a bit small text and some buttons didn’t seem to work, but it didn’t stop me from playing :))

Nice style, reminds me of the older flash games :)

The movement felt slightly inconsistent, but maybe I was just doing it wrong haha

I think initially the player should have some more movement, to get the game going. However when I started gathering more orbs, the speed picked up rather quickly. (Up to a point where I clipped through the wall). While the game may need some polish, the mechanics worked well together.

Cool art style and interesting take on the theme. The small shooter mini-game was a nice switch-up from the narrative, well done!

This felt very polished, the sounds and animations did make it fun to play. I’m not much into clicker games but did manage to secure the key to the disco-door :)

I tried to swim but fell trough the water :O

I can see the idea, the mix of different 2D and 3D art styles felt fun to explore around, but for the next jam you might want to put the scope smaller. With more time, this game can become something unique and charming :)

Sometimes the matches were a little confusing, but this was otherwise well though out. The rounds feel a little long for a jam game, but the Simon says fighting part felt nice!

The idea has much potential, but the game felt a little hard to control. I think this game can grow into something cool with some finetuning on the controls/physics part!

It is! Is there any way you can get more tension on the rope when pressing the button?

In the submission panic I forgot to mention the music in the pre-existing assets question. This asset existed before creating the game: https://freesound.org/people/ZHR%C3%98/sounds/522589/

Hey, thanks for speedrunning. You nailed the skip at 0:30!

The jam is over! Thanks so much to the host for hosting. I really enjoyed creating my game. The itch page mentions the winners will be contacted through itch, where do I find this message?

Thanks for the clarification and playing!

Hey, fun game! I liked the water shooting mechanic and the interesting flat 3d artstyle! Some points of improvement: There was a lack of audio, I think some sound effects and music would improve the game by a lot. Also no way to quit the game? I used task manager to kill it, a button would be nice. Either way, I liked playing it.

I have rated all games! I noticed some of the games are submitted to multiple jams, is this allowed? I don’t have any ratings on my own game yet, so if you want to play and rate it, you can do so here: https://itch.io/jam/summerjambyfungies/rate/2189818

Thanks for the compliments and the feedback. I tried implementing your suggestions, in my opinion the screenshake really improves the feedback upon hitting enemies.

Thanks for the feedback, I just updated it to have more feedback upon hitting enemies.

Thanks so much for playing. The music-bug is a good one, thanks for pointing that out. About the ending, I had made the ending screen and one extra level, but completely forgot to add it to the level sequence. My faults thanks for pointing it out.

Thank you for the review and constructive feedback!

edit: Fixed both things

Thanks! Glad you like the game.

You are completely correct. I should have given instructions before the game started. It was just a little thing I forgot due to the last-minute jam stress.

After the voting period I might expand the game!

Thanks, glad you like it!

Thanks!

Thank you for hosting it :)

Thanks :D I might implement a kill system, thanks for the suggestion!

Wow, that’s great! You can message me on discord: jael137#4416, otherwise I will post the assets I like here.

@ejgarner118, can you answer this? I’d like to know please.

I really like the assets though, nice UI too.

Hey, it looks like Royal Plea and Street 1: Legends don’t have 50% of their assets from itch.io. They at least don’t have it shown anywhere. Should I still vote on them, as they break the rules?

Thanks so much, I saw your game. It is quite good too. I have some experience in scratch and I know that what you made takes a lot off effort.

Nice game! I got stuck in a corner and couldn’t escape. You might want to leave the bars a little shorter on the screen. The graphics are good, but it might be a little clearer what to avoid and what to obtain. I was even trying to avoid some background planet, which didn’t turn out to be collidable. The scoring is great, it prevents you from standing still all the time. The audio was a little too high=pitched at some points, but I like the music. Well done!

Nice, I like it. The controls are fluid, but maybe a little too fluid. It feels like you’re slipping on ice. The art is really simple, but well done. I like the color effects. I think some particles would add alittle live to it. I think the best part is that, when you go on the edge of the screen, you pop out on the other side. Well done!

Great game! I enjoyed it quite a bit. It was kinda hard though. Even the easy difficulty was a little tough, but that may just be me. (I couldn’t check if you had a win screen, but I thrust you have one). The game would benefit a lot from some damage sound effects and a background image, instead of a bland blue. Well done!

So we can’t participate if we don’t have an iphone?

Did you just copy the post of Grasp Games?
