I LOVE YOU

The art is amazing, and the gameplay is simple and fun! I love that dodging enemies gives you some score, although I wish I could dodge in mid-air and I think the game is a bit too hard.

Thanks! I got the color palette from the jam's logo, but yeah I see that. (psstt, Don't tell anyone that I forgot to put an A in the logo!!)

Thanks! Rated!

Thank you, wise person!

Great game! The typing mechanic feels great and I can see that the obstacles were designed with the typing in mid, but I wish I could set how slow/fast they are because currently, I feel that the game is really hard. Rated! Good luck!

Thanks!

Great game! I love how varied the attacks are and that you have a small break between every attack, but I wish that the player was a bit faster, and the graphics can get a little too simple sometimes.

Rated!

Thank you! also rated your game :)

Good work! Like the art, controls feel pretty responsive (although I wish it jumped right as I press the spacebar) and the gameplay is easy to understand and fun :). Would recommend adding some more varied obstacles so the gameplay wouldn't get repetitive as fast.

does this sell my data to the chinese government

:D

Always here to help :D

Hope this helped.

Thank you!! I always love seeing someone's first impressions of my game. Your feedback was very helpful, especially because I decided to continue development on "OwO". The card mechanic is kind of tacked on, and I didn't have much time for audio. (looking back, I could've slept a bit later and added audio, now realizing how much difference it makes.)

Yeah! It's the best!

Sorry, but I left the jam.

I do not know

Thank you for playing my game! it was really cool seeing someones first reactions to my game!! also rated your game before the jam ended.

Thank you!!

also rated your game.

Cool game! I like the cute graphics and the gameplay. The controls are a bit slippery they dont ruin the experience. I would also appreciate a way to locate candy you need to collect, when you only have a few left its hard to find them. Good job!

I was afraid that would make the start boring, and players would leave quickly. Thanks for the feedback!

Once the cat touches the bottom of the screen, he enters a losing animation, when he's in that animation you can't hit him. Maybe that was a bit unclear... Anyways, thank you for playing!!

Good. Hope you had fun!

Alright, thanks for the feedback :)

I doubled the scrolling speed right before submitting, probably should've thought more about that .

Anyways, thanks for playing!

Understood, thanks for playing!

Thank you for checking out my game and for the feedback! Really appreciate it :)

I think the bigger problem is the scrolling speed - because everything is big and the scrolling is pretty fast, it's easy to get surprized by something quickly popping in view, and it's easy to miss it/get hit by it

Thanks! :)

Thanks! you too :P

He moves to your right or your left.

This was my first game jam! Im pretty satisfied with what I created, though its a bit lacking in some places. I had way less time then I thought I had! these jams go by quick, huh?

Always wanted to participate in a jam, saw this one as the perfect opertunity.

By the way, I would really appriciate feedback on my game!

Well, the simplicity definitely makes it super relaxing and therapeutic somehow.

Looks awesome, and the music, sound effects and art really work amazing together to create a real bakery feeling. Good job!

gameplay is a bit lacking though.
