interesting game. i guess there's rules to how the enemy teleports but it was hard to figure it out and he often spawns inside me. i like the overall presentation

the art and juiciness is amazing!

thank you! yes fair, the reason we did it like this is because too much tutorial can take away from the surreal mood we were trying to create, but yeah a little more explanation might have been better

the game seems a little unfinished but the art is nice!

a little rough on the gameplay but i can see what you were going for, nice art!

i love the character, i feel like the original idea mightve been to make him blow up as he breathes in? that wouldve made it even better at least. the music is really good too, makes me feel somewhat nostalgic

i didn't understand how to consume flames while also dying? i think you should've kept the scope smaller so you'd have more time for polish and testing. shooting enemies is always fun tho

interesting game, i wish i could walk while the dialogue is going on instead of stopping  and waiting for it to finish

thanks! appreciate you checking it out Tissue Inu 😄

i really enjoyed this one! it's funny that before it turning into a bullethell-ish game it already reminded me of touhou, the sound design was especially nice

i didn't really figure out what i'm supposed to do but i enjoyed being a penguin

i love the atmosphere and how you used the theme in the gameplay!

"the path to enlightenment is not in the sky. it's in playing inner growth by raffaele picca" - buddha

the level design is really good, cool how many puzzles you made with these limited objects. all the sounds, effects and graphics are high quality, really well done!

I really like the art, but I didn't get past the first level 😅 It's pretty hard and I don't like that it takes so long before I get to the hard part again, so just gave up after two tries. It's a cool entry but it would be really cool if you build up the tension much quicker. also, I wouldn't draw the score right next to the player, just makes it harder to see the bullets

Definitely my favorite submission so far. Full of interesting challenges. I especially like the longer levels with multiple paths as I can keep experimenting with different ways of beating it, keeps it fun while starting over so many times. The music makes it feel super exciting

Such a cool idea. You can really feel the competition this way. Though it's bit hard to see my character, especially with all the other players names

I really love the art, in the short time of the jam you really created a world that just feels nice to hang out in. Gameplay could've been a bit more challenging, I quit after a while because it was quite easy didn't look like it was about to change

It got a bit stale after a while because there wasn't much of a challenge or change of pace. But nice entry!

Controls could use some work, other than that it's beautiful

I love the art. I don't know what to do with coins but it's fun to pick them up

really cool game. so simple but perfectly fits the theme and makes for a lot of interesting puzzles. I had to rethink my strategy every time a new element was introduced which kept it interesting throughout

Looking forward to it! Thank you :)

I love snakebird and I love this kind of progression more than the individual levels in snakebird, so you made it better 😄. I would love to play this as a full game. The puzzles are well designed and the story is nice and simple. definitely one of my favorite submissions!

thanks!

Thanks dude it's really nice to hear 😄

thank you, i love your game too!

This comment is wholesome! Thank you! 😄

thank you 😁

just buy some plasticine and set up some simple lighting, you can do it too 😁

Thank you!

Yes I agree with you. We would've tried to do it better if we had more time, so we'll think about this if we make a bigger game. Thank you!

Thanks!

Thank you we're very happy to hear that ☺️

It's pretty unfinished but that's understandable for a jam game; it's still one of the most charming and style-full games I've seen in the jam. The sounds, art and animations are all great. I don't know what kind of games you guys are working on but I bet you could make something super charming and fun if you had more time to develop it!

a bit hard to understand at first, but became fun after a few games :) my highscore is 237, is that good? I guess the lowest of your  two scores is your final score to push you to keep it balanced? (My nature score was the lowest every time so I'm not sure)

I love the music and the art is very nice too, I wish it has a fullscreen button so I don't have to zoom in all the way to appreciate it. very nice game!

It's a very simple game about moving objects to a goal before time runs out, but the story of helping yourself by helping the crocodile makes it sweet and cute, and kept me playing. a good example of the power of context. great work!

the special moves are interesting but a bit confusing to activate. I love the art and effects and the sounds are well done too. great submission!
