Hi Rei, I just checked out your music on Spotify and wanted to let you know I love it! Followed :)

For the jam, I could need a composer, but so far it's just me in the team, and I'm still learning a lot on the game design / Godot side. I can reach out to you once I get something substantial going if you are interested.

Hi everyone!

I recently got into game jams and have some experience with Godot. Most my programming is in physics/math/backend. I would love to join a team for this jam!

This is an interesting concept, but it's pretty hard to get started. Maybe have the screen start out scrolling very slow and have it gradually speed up?

Haha, wow what an experience! I was very confused at first, I was flying off with one rocket way from everything and had no idea what was going on. xD Eventually figured it out and got some hits in

Also it looked like the camera was pointed at the back of the rocket?

This is pretty wild! I had no idea what was going on, but I had a good time! Some classic Doom vibes

Cool game. Very clean style and sound! I noticed at high difficulties it catches the wrong letter sometimes. I got a perfect score (chain across all signals) and it was still the wrong word.

This could be interesting for one button control too. Holding creates the long signal, would feel even more like morsing?

This is a nice concept and was a fun play. I wonder if this could be somehow expanded for more gameplay. Maybe it could reverse, where a sequence is played and you have to select the right letter again.

This was pretty confusing at first, but after I understood the controls it was a really cool puzzle experience!

For others that want to play this: With X+X you can destroy a cracked tile and you get extra planks in your inventory. Hitting costs energy, which recharges with each jump. After you destroy a cracked tile your jump goes to the next tile over, so you can net planks in early levels.

Very interesting concept. It was confusing at first, but after a while it gets intuitive. Using the momentum when the charge is set to neutral helped me get past a lot of the obstacles. Also nice touch on the final level with the alternative goal :)

Haha, this is great! I had a very similar idea when the jam started, but thought it would be impossible to pull off. Congrats!

Haha, wild game! The stabbing sound xD

Fun game! I guess there was only one level. After clearing the first three robots, I could not progress. The city physics were cool, I managed to glitch them out and catapult myself in the air. :D

Fun gameplay! I found out a cheese strategy. Group up all enemies then stunlock them by dashing left and right xD

Haha, fun game for sure. I was cracking up when I first saw Pebble run. The jumps at low speed are difficult to pull off, but with good timing it all works. I love the UI design too.

Really cool game! Good difficulty, a lot of potential for more bosses too. Great job!

Very unique gameplay. Was a bit tricky getting used to at first. I like the Gameboy style art too!

Nice art style and gameplay is fun too! Only the spin was slightly too fast for me

Fun take on a Papers please style game! Nice style!

Very nice aesthetics! I love the different minigames, now I just wish there were more! I got to a score of 3000. Good job!

Really fun game! I got up to 22 points until I could not keep up with it anymore. Great job with style and feels too!

Very cool game! Really fun setting and surprisingly good controls. A minor improvement could be made with the difficulty. Before the boss fight, it's very easy then all of a sudden it gets very hard. A checkpoint before the boss fight would be great. Nice job overall!

Fun little game and well build! I noticed the powerups are often leading to my death. It's hard to transition from the powerup timeout back the the normal gameplay.

Hello there! I could certainly need a sound designer on my team. Just as a heads-up, it's my first time game jamming and it's just me on the team with mainly backend programming experience, so it might be a bumpy ride! I made some decent progress with the concept and MVP already. Let me know if you are interested!
