This is an interesting concept, but it's pretty hard to get started. Maybe have the screen start out scrolling very slow and have it gradually speed up?

Definitely challenging but I like the mechanic! I think a bit more health might help players along further, but I like the game. Congrats on getting it done and uploaded in time. I'm sure sorting out exporting from PICO-8 was a bit stressful ':P
