Faithful adaptation of the film, I think. I didn't see the movie.

Fun hide and seek game!

Beautiful Puppetry

So you didn't finish your game in time? Its fine, but you worked hard on it when you were able. Finish up what you have and upload it anyway. You don't need a jam to tell you when to upload.

That's the secret bonus level

I love this.

absolutely delightful!

Gimmie that goblin game

Hard as hell, but great game!

This looks so cool! Full screen isn't working for ultra-widescreen though

Fun, but camera and movement are both bound to left stick/arrow keys.

How do you get past the stupid spiny demons?

New high score!

Thanks! I wanted to add spikes to the platforms at higher waves, but decided against it as the deadline loomed.

What the heck did I just experience? The spinning in flatland really hurt my head, but the "bonging" music was riveting.

The difficulty scaling was a bit slow, but omg did it pick up. I got 150 before I was fired.

I escaped the map by jumping on boxes.  Loved the atmosphere!

I can't seem to move the camera past the first screen

Same issue

Thanks! The skulls were meant to be a chunk of armor. Could save your life in a pinch.

I loved putting those skull sprites together! Glad you enjoyed

Thanks! You're far too kind. The game was a blast to make.  I originally omitted the ability to fall faster as I thought it would make the game more challenging, but in hindsight it probably makes the game more frustrating.

Did you try picking up a skull? I realized how difficult the game was and added an element to make the player more survivable before I submitted the game.

I love how the character pancakes after a long fall. That being said, I fall a ton.

Fell in love when Golden Arthur Dayne showed up.

Thanks for the tip! I'll revisit and try to beat it.

Um... Wow. Dark Souls meets Final Fantasy. I don't know how you implemented all of this in 48 hours. It looks and plays great. There is lore and save/load functionality. It really feels like a complete game.

I can't kill the flame archers without dying. Am I doing something wrong?

This is really cool. I like the stealth and the progression system. I don't like how I can be outside of the enemy's view, but then they are suddenly attacking me. That wouldn't be much of an issue if there was a way to restore hearts early.

Overall fun game.

Lighting effects look great. Can't really see anything else though.

Who needs a break button when a turn brings you to a skidding halt? :D

The assets look great and after 1 race I got the hang of the controls. The NPCs aren't hard to beat either. Overall great experience!

The humor is top notch!

The game looks great. Spiders either kill me from behind while I'm listening to dialog or they block the only way forward.

I like the concept of the gravity shifting, but now my eyes are crossed. I know that the red blocks mess with the gravity, but I don't know how the game decides how to tilt. Maybe the starter level could use less spikes so we can familiarize ourselves with the mechanic without dying so much.

I guess I'm bad? I can't beat this lol

We want multiplayer!

Nifty use of assets! Took me a minute to realize the rolls were cumulative.

That first corner is brutal.
