When I picked up coins close to the start the Leprechaun would say something. I'm guessing every coin I picked up he said something, but I was too far away to hear it?

I tested your world on both web and VR. Overall, I think you didn't do as bad as you thought last, we spoke. Finding your way out of a maze can be challenging and fits the theme. I did not expect the maze walls to start shifting. It reminded me of the stairs in Horry Potter. I made the world feel alive, a little frustrating at times but that's a maze for you. I did have an issue with getting to the snow area with the keys. I kept getting sent to the end area with tea before getting any keys. I did finally get sent there for the green key. I think there were some missed opportunities for SFX and VFXs also. I will detail my finding below. Again, great job on your submission and thank you for participating in the jam!
- I noticed a lot of z fighting with the floor below the walls as they rotated. You could make the floor invisible and just have the walls rotate.
- The walls rotating and picking up the keys did not make any noise.
Just a few things I noticed while testing your world.
Overall, I believe you did well. The scavenger hunt worked very well with the theme, though the leprechaun and gold coins bordered on cliche. With that said, I did enjoy the jump power-up, the well mechanic and the voice Leprechaun. I though they gave the world some extra life. I did run into a few technical issues with dropping frames and there were some missed opportunities with sound effects. I will detail some of the notes I took while testing the world. Again, great job on the world and thank you for participating in the jam!
- Devs were at the top of the leaderboard. Either prevent them from being added to the leaderboard or reset their values to 0 at release.
- There were no SFX for picking up the coins, power ups or using the well bucket.
- I started to drop frames after about 10 minutes in the world. I was using the web version on my laptop.
- The time spent leaderboard does not seem to be working properly as it set me to 0:03 after being in there for more than 10 minutes.
Gaus Jam is a new game jam series I will be hosting. The games must be created using the Meta Horizon Worlds app on the Quest 2 or Quest 3. This game jam is aimed at beginners and newcomers to the ecosystem and aims to create a safe learning environment for all. If you have a Meta Quest headset and are interested in learning how to create worlds for the Meta Horizon Ecosystem this jam is for you. Here is the link to the Game Jam page. I am still looking for testers. I have created a discord server to host this test if you’re interested you can join the test here https://discord.gg/jZAG2EBWXD
I am looking for 20 testers to help gather data for a college project. The game that will be tested is Anarchy Park, a fast paced, bullet hell game and it’s free to play on Steam. The game was originally created by college students and was recently released on Steam. The test will consist of a 30-minute recorded session and a short post-test survey.
How we record the session is up to you. You can record your session yourself and then upload it to YouTube or we can meet up on Discord where I can record a screenshare while you test the game.
There will not be any direction given. You will just try to get as far as you can within the time limit. However, if you record your own session and test longer that is fine. I’ll only use the first 30 minutes of your video and you do not have to record with a mic.
If interested please you can message me on Discord @ gausroth
Here is the link to the game: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2529220/Anarchy_Park/
I have been working on an Android game for the past few months and I finally have it in beta testing on Google Play. Available in the US, Canada and the UK. I recently updated the game to v0.5.0 which adds an auto mode. Any feedback is much appreciated. Also, I thought about making an itch.io page for it but since it is only on google play can I make a page without adding a downloadable file?

On the web: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.DamnedCatStudio.IdleMerge
Thanks for playing the game. I was only able to play test for a short time before having to submit the game. I knew about the health bar but thought the player was just not taking damage.
The sword deals 2 damage and the companions deal 1 but when merged the player should deal 4 damage.
The ai def needs work. Works just fine in unity but the moment I played it from the .exe it was all wonky.
Again thanks for playing and the feedback.
