My name is Nacho. I am game developer / game designer. Oficially my job description is Technical Designer. But also I make games by my own with the help of my dear fellows.
My experience with games started long time ago with Amstrad CPC duoing my own poor version of the arcades at the time I like it. Then times go forward and did many games in 2D using a language called Div Games Studio (Showdown, Master of Elements), then later Fenix (Streets of Rage Remake is one of the most famous project I was involved), then Blitz3D (Remake Rescue of Atlantis) and Gemix (Remake of Sirwood, Narcopolice and many more )
Finally, ten years ago started with Unreal Engine 4. Now is Unreal Engine 5. Other than professional work, I founded my own company to make games, some of them available here on itch io like Road to Hollow Hills, Perpetuo, Eyes of Nuit.
I love prototyping so I have several games on the go, looking for time and motivation to continue or create new ones.
My favourite games are adventure horror games, RPG, and arcade games. Due age, I always love a good Megadrive game like Alien Soldier or Dynamite Headdy. My favourite game ever? DooM. The original one.

Perpetuo – Halloween Update 1.3
This Halloween, Perpetuo grows darker, stranger, and far more terrifying.
We’ve expanded the game by roughly 50% in content and lore, making this the most intense version so far.
Here’s what’s new in Update 1.3:
• New areas to explore in Hollow Hills, along with expanded versions of existing ones.
• New puzzles and new mechanics to keep you thinking—and watching your back.
• New interactions, objects, and environmental text to deepen the narrative.
• A new collectible diary to uncover hidden truth.
• A new achievement to challenge completionists.
• New language support, including fully localized French (with more to come).
• New graphical options, such as the ability to disable Depth of Field.
• New ambient sound effects and more haunting music.
• Improved pacing, polish, and performance across all loops.
• And all of this prepares the game for its upcoming Final Content Update…

A neon roguelike about survival inside a broken simulation. Inspired by Immercenary (3DO) and modern arena shooters.
You link into the Labyrinth of Data at Rank 256 and fight your way down to Rank 0. Every enemy you erase drops red static you absorb to power your DOA: Defense, Offense, Agility. Survive rolling storms that lock advanced weapons, hunt roaming Guardians, and defeat all of them to unleash Zero. Destroy it to override the system and win the game.
How it plays

Start fragile at Rank 256; kill higher-rank enemies to push your rank down (good!)
Absorb static to raise DOA in real time:
Defense (D) soaks damage • Offense (O) boosts attack power/costs • Agility (A) fuels speed/dash.
When a Storm hits, advanced skills shut off. Take cover, hit pilons, outlast the surge.
Bosses (Guardians) appear with the weather or can be summoned at altars. Beat them to earn a permanent upgrade.
Unlock 20 different characteres with different attributes and skills.

WASD / Left Stick — Move
Mouse / Right Stick — Aim
LMB / LT — Fire Left Slot Weapon
RMB / RT — Fire Right Slot Weapon
Space / B — Dash / Jump (depending on skill)
Q / Gamepad Left — Change Left Weapon
E / Gamepad Right — Change Right Weapon
F / Gamepad Down / Gamepad X/Square— Use Item Center Mouse / Gamepad Up / Gamepad Y/Triangle — Cycle Item List

This project pays direct homage to Immercenary while exploring a new world, systems, and aesthetic.

What’s New in Patch 04
- Updated progression system: Library panel to list all unlocked Relics and the challenges to unlock new ones
- New relics.
- Bugfixing: As usual many thanks for the bugs reports, more fixes has been made, like the mace breaking walls will also remove the decorations.
- Beta German language has been included.
- More ambient audio tracks.
- More decoration to the pyramid has been added.
What’s Next?
More varied labyrinths, even new locations to fly are currently planned, plus VR compatibility mode.

Eyes of Nuit is a first-person adventure game set in an ever-changing labyrinth beneath an ancient Egyptian pyramid. Navigate the maze, collect six celestial gems known as the Eyes of Nuit, and escape while avoiding cursed guardians. A magical six-letter word can be entered upon exiting to double the final score.

I am also very happy to say as you requested, we are adding more puzzles and content, and we will be doing it as long as the game stays in Early Access (1 year planned from this point) So game will be becoming even better!
Next month the game will be released also on Steam, with a pletora of changes, updates (like new puzzles, full gamepad control, reconfigurable keyboard, etc) demo will get those changes.
Again, thank you for playing the demo, and very kind of remembering the old prototype. Yeah, as you can see, this game takes part in Hollow Hills universe ;)

Another update for Perpetuo, 1.1a. Not only will fix the crash issue when starting the game the second time, but also includes new surprises and content. So please, enjoy it, both demo and full game release!

Thanks for the report. It seems indeed there is an error in latest UE 5.5.1 which we are using causes a crash the second time the game is open.
There is a workaround in order to fix the issue, go to
C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Local\Perpetuo\Saved
There you will find a file called Perpetuo_PCD3D_SM6. This file is generated each time your start the game. Delete this file to avoid the crash each time you want to play the game.
Another workaround until a proper fix is to follow:
- Go to
C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Local\Perpetuo\Saved
- Delete Perpetuo_PCD3D_SM6.upipelinecache
- Create a .txt file.
- Rename that .txt file to Perpetuo_PCD3D_SM6.upipelinecache
- Make sure the new created file is read only.
Now you will be able to start the game many times.
Please let me know if that works to you. We will provide a proper update once we found a proper solution to this.

What’s New in Patch 1.1
- vSync Option Added: You can now enable or disable vSync in the graphics settings for better customization of your experience.
- Diary Progress Tracking: The game will now display the number of remaining diary pages needed to unlock the special diary content in the main menu.
- Apartment Enhancements: The apartment has received a major visual upgrade, especially in the later stages of the game. Expect new effects, textures, animations, sounds, and music to amplify the tension and immersion.
- Improved Player Character: The protagonist now physically holds the flashlight, adding a more immersive touch to exploration.
- Unpredictable Entity Behavior: The entity is now more dynamic and unpredictable, making every encounter even more unsettling.

Hi! Many thanks for the report. I will look into the door issue. Meanwhile I suggest not to close the door as there is no need for it for now (who knows later!)
As a hint, search for the entire house if something new appeared to pickup or has changed to progress to the next loop, or maybe you already it again, so you can loop again. There will be visual hints, music, etc

Patch Notes - Halloween Update 🎃
Happy Halloween! This spooky season brings more than just tricks and treats; we're thrilled to introduce a series of updates and fixes to enhance your experience in Road to Hollow Hills. We updated the game trailer as it will show more closer the new levels contained in the demo. Here’s what’s new since our last update:

Gameplay Improvements
- Intro Motorbike Level Restored: Revamped and ready for the ride! Start your journey in true style.
- National Park Update: The second visit to the National Park now features a thrilling storm, heightening the atmosphere and challenge.
Combat & Animation Adjustments
- Revised Enemy Attack Animations & Behavior: Enemies now feel more dynamic and challenging, with smoother animations and refined attack patterns.
- Fixed Unique Enemy Spawns: Addressed issues with certain unique enemies not spawning correctly.
- Kick Adjustment: Kicks now use melee damage instead of weapon damage.
- Fixed Aiming Animations: Corrected some aiming animations for a more fluid targeting experience.
Character Updates
- New Female Dryad Voices: Added multiple new voice lines for female Dryads, increasing their immersion and distinctiveness.
- Updated John’s Head Model: Enhanced visuals for John's character head model. Is pretty much WiP, but we wanted to have it included in this patch.
- John’s Facial Animations: John's face now animates during attacks, adding more life and personality to his combat moves.
Bug Fixes
- Lumberjack House Fix: Prevented players from breaking out of bounds behind the lumberjack's house.
- General Settings Window: Corrected several input issues.
- Resolution & Fullscreen/Window Mode: Resolved issues affecting display settings.
- Mouse Input for Jacket Selection: You can now use the mouse to select jackets.
And for the people who played the old demo, this is a wonderful moment to play the updated demo, with new content which was released on March of this year.

Only thing missing, is really a review where possible (as in a game in development, this is really pretty important and, as to be honest, only numbers don't help that much) Also agree about not able to have a free demo to try it and to be mandatory for the next one. Many of the games had no free version to try on the Bundle, so how you can really put numbers of review that? :/
Ah by the way, in RTHH, demo you just don't wander in the woods. Try it a little bit, give it a try more than 5 minutes ;)
