Updating the Demo is allowed?

Hello there. I have a question.

Since my entry is currently under heavy work, I wonder what happen if I update the game (as I have plan to do it this weekend) It will break the rules so I will not be able to update the demo, or it will not matter?

Hey there!
Updating the game during the rating period is not allowed. This is to prevent placeholder submissions.


I'm not sure how Itch implements updating a game during the rating period, but I think when people rate your game, they will just see the version you submitted.
