Pretty decent shooter and good presentation! I liked the detail in the stats and the different upgrades! I like that you included a variety of enemies, although it would've been nice to see more attacks from them then just ganging up on you lol!

I really like the creepy atmosphere of this game and the variety of character silhouettes! I think each deal being written differently for each character type adds personality to them which is a nice touch! I also think it was a good use of the theme to have to pay to hide from the jumpscare  too!

The game does feel a bit easy, as I made quite a lot of money, so the fines didn't feel as impactful as time went on, i'd suggest some kind of multiplier applied after each character interaction or when a certain amount of money is made.

I got the replaced ending. 

This game has very good polish and I really love the art style, I really like how the stats change based on which life style you pick that's a nice touch, and I like that there's many endings to get you really thinking about how you want to manage your stats! 

I really like how you made the theme relate to real life, serves a nice reflection and message about how you choose to spend your time effects the future. 

I'd just say I'd like if there was different activities per life style choice.

This is the best use of paying for actions I've seen so far! I'm quite impressed you were able to make so many levels!! It's a solid loop of the clicker section and the platforming sections, and I really like the last level! Good difficulty scaling per level. 

However the jump felt a bit heavy, it seems the coyote time might be a bit short.

This is a super interesting concept and great take on theme! I think it's very clever for the coins to act as healing for the children. The art is very nice and charming, and the music and sound effects are good. 

I just wish you could move a little faster, but apart from that I like the controls, the way you need to aim attacks reminds me a bit of deathsmiles, I like that it adds more challenge and tension to the game.

Congrats on your first jam! this is brilliant for a first time! 

I enjoyed the funny dialogue and I think having to steal the flies to save up for the bone, is a funny use of theme. The artwork is nice too and lends itself to the comedic tone of the game. I also liked the addition of the little mini game for stealing the flies I think that was a nice touch! 

The controls felt a bit odd though I'm not sure what's going on, if I  press jump and walk at the same time, they seem to cancel each other out so it was a bit awkward to jump across the platforms. 

Good job overall though, Well done! : )    

Funny concept! Has good polish and I was quite surprised with the amount of  detail the brewing system has! with having combos and different effects on the field, and how being able to save goo up to brew makes the attack more powerful, really lends itself well to the theme!

I really like the art of the different rats, It really adds personality to them and the game as a whole. I also think it's a cute idea that rats work for cheese, as a funny twist on theme! 

while I found the concept easy to understand, I wasn't really sure what the stats do, I understand you meant as flavour text from what you've commented. So I'd suggest instead of stats, writing a short sentence about the rat's personality instead, so that it isn't to be confused with in game systems.

The art work is cute! and I like the detail in sprites when they active their power, and each of them having unique powers! A small fun challenge! 

though would be nice to add some music to add the experience, but understandable given the time this was made in.

Pretty nice idea and decent polish! I like how the theme was used and backspace even costing money does add some tension to the game. 

While the music is really good and relaxing, I think a more tense track would lend itself better to the feel of the game imo, I also feel an addition of a timer would help to add some extra challenge!

Very enjoyable to play! I liked that the theme is used as a plenty for spelling things wrong.  Has a nice polished feel, will be coming back to this!

Nice to see a bullet hell here! it's one of my favourite genres! : ) 

I really like the limited amount of bullets, adds a unique level of challenge! 

Though I think i encountered a bug sometimes, when an enemy spawned on top of me and so died instantly. I think some music could also lend to the tension of the puzzle solving!

a nice chilled out experience! I enjoyed my time with it and watching the way the fish interacted with each other! very impressive detail in their behaviour and stats  given the time limit! Will be coming back to this! 

Though I would've liked if something ate the snails for more agency as nothing seemed to happen to my snails after i put them in or maybe I just got lucky idk.

I really like use of theme here for the story and progression! The music is really really good and I like the way it progresses and changes the further you progress! I like the art of the icons of the upgrades and the sly look of the guys handing out the contracts! 

I would've like if there was some pitch scaling difference between the sound effects and if there were some advantages to rejecting some contracts, so that it makes you think more about the choice you're making. 

overall the game has a fairly polished feel, Well Done! : ) 

Best use of the theme i've seen so far!! I really like the simplicity of the controls but used in a challenging way! I felt the difficulty increased well stage to stage. It also has a nice polished feel and good design!

Nice Puzzle platformer! I really like the idea of this, it's a nice way to use the theme! I also like the animation on the title screen it's a nice addition! 

I would've liked if there was an option to set buying the moves as you press the buttons though, as the game feels a bit unresponsive at first when it feels like nothing is happening as you press them before i figured out what to do, and saves going in and out of the shop menu at lot.

I liked the selling body parts to get new ones, I think that's an interesting twist the theme! The art work is very nice and cohesive too! though it would be nice to see some animations like attacking/ healing / taking damage and some sound, but understandable given the time limit! 

This is your best work so far!, the game play is solid, the music is good and the artwork is fantastic! I really like the variety of the character designs and specially the detail of the train!!! the dialogue is fun to read too! 

Personally I think the meter is enough to tell there is a fight going on, so i was able to go look for the fight happening, I found the directions clear enough to play but I think the tutorial stage was a bit broken, but's not really an issue when the main game plays all well and fine!

Art works is really well done and charming I like it a lot! the gameplay is simple enough to understand but the taste evaluation thing adds a unique level of challenge to it as well, I'd suggest having a count down per row to make it more tense. I did like the music as well, but the loop was quite short. great work!

The story cutscene is very charming and made me laugh! I like the idea too, I tried to play through but unfortunately it was giving me very bad motion sickness, so very sorry I couldn’t play the whole game.

from what I did play though I enjoyed and think it controls pretty well besides the speed I think it’s just a tad too fast or maybe zooming out the camera and making the camera move less might help it appear slower to look at at least. 

The art work is very cute and has well polished feel! :)

The music is fantastic and the voice acting is generally really good as well but i noticed some peaking early on in the game but thankfully not very much! I really love card games so seeing one here is a very nice lol!! 

my only complaint with the gameplay is I wish it was a bit more complex and more of it!! like with different types of cards, but the foundation found here is pretty good!! would be nice to see more enemies too.

the artwork on the cards is amazing and I think it's a cute idea to have the magical girls themed after cards as well, I think use of mixed media photo backgrounds is interesting as well and would've liked if there was also a photo background used for the gameplay as well. Good Stuff!

sorry about these issues, I did do coyote time, so possibly it’s just how laggy the game is sorry about this. Thanks for the in-depth feedback also!!

thanks for playing and for letting me know of the bugs not sure what’s going on there with the firewalls. I was holding back a lot in the battles/ mini games because I was wanted it to be easy enough for anyone to get through the game, I would totally add more fights if I had time too!

Very Cute! adore the art style, the controls are a bit awkward but it was still a nice experience. I liked the dialogue  and text. A fun time!

Impressive to get this kind of game running on web as smooth as it does! I really like the environment and level design, and the textures go well with the rust theme and the aesthetic you were going for, as well as the UI design! I think the music is really good as well but it kept cutting out for me and randomly coming back and then back off.  

also I found it a bit difficult to judge where I would land after a jump, maybe zooming out the camera might fix that a little bit? or shadow to show where you would land?

not harsh at all! :) I appreciate all the helpful suggestions and points you bring up like only needing physical attacks to win was a thought also shared with the team. It’s just that by the time I took over programming, there wasn’t enough time unfortunately to rewrite the battle code to accommodate these kind of changes, but I totally would have if i had more time lol

ayyy congrats on making your first game! I did think the setup for the story was interesting so do let me know if decide to finish it :)  You've got a good start set up keep going!

I got the good ending! I really like the character art and backgrounds, has gentle feel too it, some of the music as well especially battle themes! 

I also really like the title cards, very nice addition. The combat is lacking a bit tbh but On His Mind is a good step forward from this foundation found here. I was expecting Miranda to have more powerful moves, from how she was shown in the story, I eneded up pretty much just attacking with lynn the most of the time. 

Story generally is told pretty good, I do think the start comes across as a bit rushed but the rest of it is paced well and the development of their relationship is told excellently.

A whole transformation sequence?!? god damn! excellent game! it was very hard for me though, but the puzzles are well thought out! 

I think it's an interesting idea to have beauty as currency, I really like the idea of rust= ugliness, it's very unique and creative!!!

cute artwork and i liked the funny dialogue and scenes! soba's voice was a bit quiet though. 

I think this good be quite a good set up for a rhythm game campaign like Haruka's story in yakuza 5

Nice work! the voice actress for Leilana was great and i liked the different costume changes as well. I like the different powers, but I really enjoyed the challenge of balancing coming up for air in the water sections so i was a bit sad when it got taken away from the dashing through the water power. Pretty good use of the pearl theme and i think i see unity theme in there as well? 

I got two powers, but on the way to the third i got stuck in a wall sorry, but overall a pretty fun time : )
