🤣 wow, amazing, lucky you.  you should definitely include this story somewhere in the description, this origin makes this game even more fun and cool.

This was very nice, short but fun, weird and cute, loved weird paper graphics, quirky dialogs. all was amazing, its impossible to really finish it on first run, would be nice if time would pause on dialog, some very amazing time based games do it *cough* outer *cough* wilds

Thank you for your kind words, it means a lot for me 😊😊

Yeah, I need to think a lot about balance, it's haaard 😂

Thank you, I didn't think to have structures that have this properties, putting further having any different effect is especially interesting suggestions. if this games will get above 1000 in ratings I will definitely continue implementing it :D

I'm glad you liked my suggestion, but not my idea to be honest, it's from board game - Settlers of Catan. if you haven't played it you definitely should try to play it with friends, looks and plays a bit like your game. Meanwhile here's the gist of it: In it you need to use resources to build houses and roads to collect more resources, you also could trade resources with other players on any agreed rate 1-1, 2-1, 1-2, 2-3 and so on. If no one is willing to trade or there is a shortage, you could trade with bank at rate of 4 same resources for any 1 other. You could also build house on predefined general port and get rate of 3-1, or build house on specialized port with rate of 2-1 (specialized ports will only except specific resource, like 2 wheats for any resource you want). There are also many expansion, like sea expansion, where you can build sea routes with ships to get to other islands.

Amazing amount of work and details, very fun and interesting. But g-d almighty is it buggy and lagy and than buggy again. And I have normal PC i5-9k 1070ti 32gb, its not top but more than enough for any modern game, how is it making it stumble? No, this is not rhetorical, I really want to know, maybe you left in all of the debug.log(print) statements?

Next time we get together this week we will definitely play again. It kind of reminded us of Super Bunny Man so that what we played for the next hour after we were done with SEALS. Were you inspired by it, or more by smash bros? anyway I understand your frustration but any party game has a mandatory inferior single player.

You wanna know how's storm? it's f-ing frustrated :D
Sorry for this, couldn't hold myself. but really it's too hard, couldn't make it past level 3, got cramps in my left hand. I would suggest to at least label the pushy parts with keyboard letters. i just cant map colors to letters.

Thank you, yeah, I know, I was franticly putting together whatever I had in the last minutes of jam.

Thank you, I'll try to give it more time, I just take part in multiple game jams beside my daytime job :D but if this game gets in top 1000 I will definitely give it more time and finish it :D

Nice game, but a bit slow, got about 3-4k and turned it off, thought there was nothing more to the game, saw your description that there are ghosts, played some more, ran from ghosts, got 4.1k. got game complete screen, haven't seen any storm.

I dislike bullet hell games, bullet hell section in Nier Automata felt like a chore.
But this, this was different, really enjoyable, adding dash with iframe was genius game design decision. The only thing I would like changed is adding dash cooldown indicator.
otherwise amassing, top entry.

nice game, loved different endings, it took me few tries to figure out correct strategy.

amazing game, played with friends for 30 minutes, but we never survived till storm :D i will believe you it happens, there are some minor collision bugs, it seems player 1 have fully implemented collision, but player 2 not.

Best game I played so far, fun, addicting, literally can't stop playing.

But there are few things that would be nice to ballance, start is hard, mid game is just right, and late game is too easy. Resource management is too hard in begining, would be nice to have ability to move workers, and also to trade resources you need to wait for trade card, that could take 1 to 30 days to come. Trading system like in Catan would've been nice like 4 to1.

Nevertheless this game is amazing, it's everything I wanted my game to be, but couldn't. Thank you for making it.

It is really nice simple and fun, but I must agree with other peoples issues.
aside from that, it would be nice if there would've been item names, cause its hard to know what are does things, was that meat? were those planks or books? idk. also if you passed the storm, it would've been nice to know what it took, did i guessed correctly or got lucky, third thing that bothered me is that traders don't show what they want before you trade with them. I was stockpiling blue and red vials, and had enough, than trader came, and right after him came the storm, so I was 1 short on red and had to bribe the storm.

last but not least, I passed 4 or 5 storms (i think) but game hasn't ended yet, does it has ending or its infinite?

Cool, but it would be nice to get some hints what should be placed where, and maybe a bit more time.

Yeah, I know what you mean, once I implemented procedural generation in game jam, had no time left for the rest of the game.

Amazing graphics, style just fit very well, idea is great, and fits theme perfectly, but omg, controls, it feels like pushing tank by hand on ice. 1% responsiveness.

Yeah, I was stuck for only a minute, I didn't quite understand how the health/stamina/wrath work
when you lose health you die - but i lost all health on final boss but did not die (im not good with bullet hells)

first calming wrath costed stamina, but then it did not

about graphics, I meant doing more with less, try to limit your sprite size, colors, shapes, to get more consistent style.
Nevertheless it was very fun, thank you.

Great art, simple but fun and engaging

Very nicely polished, fits theme. and great experience overall, a bit on the easy side. Would've been awesome if there where endless procedural dungeons. this game just asks for it.

nice game, would be nice if the dialogs would stretch over more gameplay.

Too literal and too simple, but very nice and fun, bonus points for android version, had fun on my phone.

Interesting, but its hard to understand if enemy are hit, and where is shop, so UI/UX can be better, some sfx/vfx would also make a lot of difference,

It was interesting, got stuck on E dash, 'cause haven't seen text. graphics could be a bit better. otherwise nice game.

Nice, polished and fun.

I understand your answer you want clean 2d platformer game based on your assets.
But sorry I will go off topic and just add something about using 2d assets in 3d or partially 3d game (not related to this gamejam). I present to you "Four Game Developers, One Art Kit"  YouTube series by Miziziziz
Four Game Developers, One Art Kit
not all of them are 2d assets in 3d game, but a lot of them are. Very interesting series on using same assets in different and original way.

Awesome game, I played it to the end
[MINOR SPOILERS]
vvvvvvvvvvvvv

loved the music puzzle, reminded me of piano puzzle from first silent hill, Dante references was awesome as well (were the trees reference to suicide forest from original book?). And when I heard Akatsuki theme from Naruto I burst out laughing :D. Loved this game. BTW, how do I get the good ending? :D

Suddenly a khinkali rain have started over Tbilisi, you control towers lights, click and destroy excessive khinkali.
You need to control amount of khinkali that falls, and try to keep the people hapiness meter in green.
Controls:
Mouse.
