There is an bug in the game that glitches the game halfway through, please download the game using the link: https://fakeflop.itch.io/sibling-feud-game

Thank you very much :D

Thanks for the feedback and I totaly agree. There should be a short tutorial of the gameodes and a short wait time before starting each minigame.

Thanks alot for playing :D. Totalt agree on the sound, Previously I have just used sounds from open game art, but because this wasn’t allowed I didn’t have the time to learn the new tools to make the sound.

Thanks for playing the game :D This was my first try at making pixelart so i still have a lot to impove on, maybe I should use a colour pallet next time.

Well done!

Everything from the eresers in the jumping game to the paper and the monsters fits the game and I also really like the aestetics. The variety in the smaller gamemodes are also fun, my favourite was the pong game.

I found it a bit difficult to do the tasks and shoot the monsters, but this also made the game for fun, solid game for only 72 hours :D

Cool game!

This is a fun game with nice looking artwork and a nice atmosphare created by the music. I also like how you explaned the concept in the begining with the help of images, this made it really simple to understand how to play the game,

One thing I found was you could call the pizza guy several times and he would just stand in the window with pizza, furtunatly the mom didn't see it :D

Very nice!

This game had a nice atmosphare with calming music and amazing visuals. I think that the mechanic of switching between the different rooms/time periods is well made.

Smaller details such as particle effect when landing fo example could be added to make it even better, but I understand this might have been left out because of the time. But overall really nice game :D

Nice game!

I think the concept is unique and it works well with the theme and I like the hand drawn aestetic.

As some other people said a tutorial would be nice, but I get that there is limited time, which I also struggled with :), overall well done.

Nice game!

I think your art looks really god and I also like that you had sound that helped to make the experience better. Furhermore I think that you made the game more interresting by having a variety of platforms and obsticles.

My only dificulty was the controlls as I  would preffered to have the jump on space bar, rater than c, but this ofcorce is personal preferance, but overall really well made game :D

Hey sorry for the late reply. Thanks for trying my game, I saw that you have also created some cool flying simmulation games :D

Cool game!

I really like that you had a variety of attack patterns which made the fight more exciting. I also lik the art of the game.

One improvement could be to display the bounderies a bit clearer because I sometimes got stuck when I started to play and was unsure why I wasn't able to move. Also I found it almost to difficult to dodge some attack so maybe their speed could be slowed down slightly, or I might just be bad at these types of games :) But overall a really solid entery, well done.

Wow amazing!

I really love the art and the character animations.

One thing was that sometimes it feel like the enemies could see me through the walls, but this wasn't a major problem. But overall well done! :D

Cool 3D game.

The game has nice animations and a nice sountrack.

The controlls feel a bit strange, but it was cool that you made a 3D game in just 3 days :D

Well Done! :D

The game has a nice art style and I think that the concept is unique. I like that you also included sound effect.

One improvement could be to keep the music when you play the game and not only have it in the menu sceen. Also I found mzself getting stuck sometimes when trying to exit a room because of the collider, so maybe this could be made a bit smaller. But overall nice game.

Thank you very much :D

Thanks for playing and for mentioning to bug, I think it has to do with the size of the Collider on the wall

Thanks for playing an for your input, glad you liked the music :)

Thank you, Yeah difficult to make Hotlike Miami in 3 days :D

I tried to make both strategies work so I am glad you liked it :D

Glad you liked it :D

Nice game!

The atmosphere is really nice :D

Cool game!

I really like the 3D art in this game, probably the nicest looking 3D game I have seen so far.

I think it was a bit difficult to understand the mechanics at first but after a while I felt I got a hang of them.

I think on the first level it felt as if I had to make perfect movements in order to not die, so increasing the time the player have before dying on the first level could probably fix this.

Nice done! :D

I think that the tutorial was well made and I was able to understand the controls easily-

I was a bit unsure if the game had a goal and I think that adding some animations to the nice looking artwork would be nice. Also because there isn't too much happening I think music would be nice to include.

Well done! :D

I like the concept and I think the mechanics are interesting. I found the first level a bit to difficult and I almost quit because I couldn't get passed it, so maybe this level could have been made a bit easier to introduce the player to the game.

Well done! :D

I think the variety in the minigames are interesting and I like the cartoony aesthetics.

I think that the minigames are a bit hard to understand when you start playing, so maybe having a tutorial in the beginning would help with this.

Well done!

I really like the pixel art and the small animations and I think the game fits the theme well.

I think that to improve the game music and sound effect could be added.

Nice game!

I really liked the duck character and its animations and I think the platforming and level design is well made.

I had some difficulties with the jumping and also I ended up stuck in a corner because of a crow. I think it would be cool if you were able to have the gun rotated towards the mouse or some way of shooting the other direction. Also a small thing would be to have the bread pickups as triggers instead of colliders, because right now it stoped you movement, this is a small thing but overall nice job :D

Thank you and happy you liked the game :D

Thank you for playing and for the feedback, I think maybe adding a feature where if the player was discovered by an enemy, you Need to kill the enemy before you can progress to the next level.

Thanks for playing :)

(1 edit)

Thank you, your words means a lot :) I would like to try you game as well, it looks really nice from the screen shots, but unfurtunaly can't because I am on mac :(

Glad you liked the game and thanks :D

thank you, glad you liked the cover art aswell :)

I was thinking of the effect where the objects seems to be curved slightly if they are at the edge of the screen, this can be seen clearly in the beginning to the left.

Nice job! :D

I like the cartoon/cardboard aesthetic of the game and I think the movement felt nice, especially the wall jump and I also liked the animations.

I felt the sound effect for jumping might have been a bit too loud compared to the music and I also think that if you would have had more time maybe add some particles when the player is running, but overall nice game :D.

Nice job! :D

I like the game concept and the fact that the dad and son works together.

I think adding a bit of artwork and music and polishing the game wouldn't hurt, but I know tie can be a issue.

Well done!

I like the art style a lot and I think that the camera effect is really cool, do you know what it is called, I would like to learn how to add it in my games as well.

I think one way the platforming could be improved would be to zoom the camera out, because right now I often found myself taking a leap of faith hoping to land on a platform that I couldn't see. I also seem to get stuck on the edges of the platforms, so maybe adding a slippery material to it could make this less frequent. But nice job for being your first game jam :D

Well done!

I think the art is cool and I think the music fits the game. I also like the eye transition :D

Unfurtunaly I weren't really able understand the concept of why to chose the stick over the sword (did they do different damage? Did they have different probability of getting a good powerup?).

Very good job!

I think the story is good and I really like that you spent time and added cutscenes. The bosses are also very unique and the fact that you have 3 of them plus a bunch of enemies is really impressive.

As someone else mentioned I think that losing points when hit makes it feel like there is no real punishment to being hit, so maybe some kind of life system would work better, but overall I think you did a good job :D
