This game is great!  The platforming is solid, the boss fight was fun, and the art style / graphics are amazing!  Great job!

Great Game!  The graphics are very charming. I love how hitting stone slimes makes them bounce around and squish other slimes!

Thank you!  That wasn't actually a bug on mission 2.  The way to beat mission 2 is by gathering all the items on the map.  It should say that when the mission starts, but I might have made the text go by to fast :P

I really love your game's art style and graphics.  Very cozy PS1 vibes.

It took me a few tries to realize I needed to smash enemies to recharge my jumps, but once I figured that out, I really liked it.  I love the gameboy color palette and graphics aswell!

I really enjoyed your game!  Making it a strategy action game gives it a pretty unique gameplay loop, and I think it really worked out.

The pixel art and music are great.  Using the collected beans to buy upgrade is a great mechanic!

Thank you!

Thanks!  I'm glad you liked it.  The game should have music and sfx, so I'm not totally sure why they aren't playing.  They're playing on my browser, so I'm not quite sure how to debug it.  Maybe if you're using an ad blocker it might be stopping the audio?

I really enjoyed your game.  The glow effects on the graphics look really nice, and the gameplay was simple yet fun!

I loved the art style!  I think the gravity flipping mechanic was well implemented.  Great job!

Great main mechanic!  I liked how certain actions would modify the other characters map, like how breaking pillars would make holes.  Good job!

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it!  It actually does have a pause button on desktop (P key) but I didn't mention it anywhere because the game's more designed around quick thinking, so being able to pause kinda let's you cheese it by planning a route through the stage.  The game should have sound effects, but maybe I made the music play a little too loud, or maybe the browser version isn't playing sounds correctly?  Web-builds can be a bit finicky sometimes.

I loved the art assets and visual effects, they really make the game feel polished and punchy.  Great job!

Really unique idea for a game!  The art and music are really great!  Nice job.

The controls took a bit to get used to, but I really liked it.  Having to move your treads independently is a great idea, as well as having sections get damaged separately.  I also thought the lighthouse blasting off like a missile was a fun way to end the level.  Great job!

Thank you!  Honestly, I played the same way during testing.  I'll chalk it up to providing multiple gameplay styles :P

Thank you!

I really love the visuals in this game.  The pixel graphics and CRT filter look really good.  The ships momentum made movement feel really nice and smooth.  Great job!

Thanks!  Art is definitely one of my bigger weak points, especially for game jams when I don't have enough time to polish sprites.  I'm really glad you liked the gameplay! :)

Thanks! :)

I really liked the graphics and theming.  Getting inspired to gain more guts is a neat mechanic.  I think it's a neat game!

I can't believe I didn't notice that!  I've uploaded a fixed version, so it'll work properly now (original jam version can still be downloaded).  I'm glad you liked the concept.  This was a bit of an experimental game for me, and it ended up being a lot more complex than I anticipated.  I'm glad you liked the music and graphics :)

Thank you!  The idea with the buildings is that you're getting the souls of the people inside when its destroyed.   The pathfinding for the zombies can dip the fps when you have a big horde and sometimes they push eachother into collision boxes and get stuck :P  The way I implemented pathfinding was pretty basic, and I didn't really have the time to optimize it.  Regardless, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks! :)

Thank you!  I'm glad you liked it :)

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it!  Thanks for the bug report, I'll see what I can do :)

Edit:  It seems the players hurtbox was just slim enough to occasionally squeeze between the spikes hitbox,  Should be fixed now.  Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you!

It's cool to have a game where you're playing as a ghost.  Most of the other entries have the ghosts as enemies.  Really cool concept!

The way the ghosts tear apart when they're shot is really satisfying!  Great effect!

Really fun!  Using the shotgun to fly around the town is a really cool mechanic.

Thank you!  Were you playing in windowed or fullscreen?  I've experienced the same issue, and I think it's caused by the cursor being outside the game window when the level resets, so the game loses focus and keeps repeating the last input, which unfortunately means I can't do anything about it because it's caused by engine.  If you play in fullscreen it should fix the issue.  If it still occurs in fullscreen, then my guess is wrong and I need to scan through the code.  Thank you for the feedback!

Even though the game isn't quite finished, I think the concept is pretty neat!

Using the enemies souls to increase the amount of bullets is a really cool mechanic!  The power scaling makes a really fun gameplay loop.

This game was really fun!  I really love the concept for the game, and it's fun to play as well.

Thank you!  I'm glad you liked it.  I made a few adjustments to the crumbling block hitboxes, so level 15 should be a little easier now.  I think the original might have been a little too hard.

Done

Thanks for the feedback!

Really nice game!  I liked the music and artwork a lot!

Really neat game.  I really liked the way the parasol animated while flying through the air.
