TAKE THAT EMMY- 🩰💫I'M THE D.U.M.B QUEEN!! 💫🩰🗣️🔥🔥 (shout out to the principal for believing in me 🥹)
Cool gameplay and lovely art!!
Overall nice game!! 🔥🔥
Glad you enjoyed the gameplay and the twist! We really wanted to subvert expectations and make the switch feel surprising, hehe.
The orbiting mechanic definitely takes a little getting used to. Our team took a while to get used to it too, and watching each other’s failed attempts was HILARIOUS. 😂😂
Happy to hear you thought the concept was cool! We definitely want to expand on this concept and add more content. 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for playing! :D
Yea, we really wanted to bait people into thinking they were in for a cute romantic VN... and then switch it up with, umm... yeah. XD
Glad you liked the art! The game is definitely pretty challenging, but we’re planning to expand it and add different difficulty options. 🔥🔥It even took us devs a while to beat our own game LOL. (And for some reason, we still want to introduce even more chaos. 😂)
Glad you had fun! Thanks for playing! :)
Like the responsible individual I am, I agreed to the conditions that I would be serious… AND THEN COMPLETELY IGNORED THEM (DON’T TELL ME WHAT TO DO, MOMMM o(≧口≦)o)
OMGGG LOOK HOW FAST IT CAN SPINNNNNN. I wanted to take it up to over 9000rpm, but the game ended. 😔
Other than that, I really liked the chill vibe of the audio and visuals. It has that cozy, relaxing feel that makes it easy to unwind while playing. 😌
Overall, pretty cool! 🔥🔥🔥
I take it an unfortunate bug prevents the game from loading past the text. Been there before with a friend on our second game jam (it was a typo for <). 😭 It happens, but at least you got a submission in! You can always update it afterward. 🔥
Other than that, I really liked the narrative at the beginning and how you used the text to emphasize PAY THE FIN. Yes sir!! 🫡
Overall, nice idea! I’d love to see where you take the game next! 🔥🔥
It took a little getting used to, but I really liked the feel of the mechanics once I got the hang of jumping around and shooting. It kind of reminds me of Space Invaders, but with its own unique spin. 🔥
I also really liked how if there are two flies in one lane (or close to each other), you can take them both out at once. That definitely helped during certain moments of the game. 🙏
Overall, nicely done! 🔥🔥🔥
The art is really cool, and the explosion screens were especially satisfying to see! I also really liked the music, especially the tension it creates when the planet bomb is moving, like, “Is it gonna smash and create an explosion of epic proportions, or is it gonna miss?”
Overall, really fun and creative game! 🔥🔥🔥
Hi BrandonThePika,
Thanks for the kind words and for playing our game! We’re really glad you enjoyed the art, music, and story! :)
And yeah, that’s fair. We wanted to add more visual indicators and difficulty options, but unfortunately ran out of time since we started development on Wednesday and relied heavily on the 24-hour extension window, haha.
We do plan to keep developing the game, so your feedback is really appreciated. Thanks again! :)
Hi Atas, thanks for playing (and streaming) the game! It was fun watching the gameplay (and congrats on escaping)! Yea, looking back, the bullets definitely should feel more rewarding for the player, which is something the game lacks at the moment. Hopefully soon we'll add an update where the enemy/player bullets differentiate and player bullets can add status effects (like paralyzing the enemy if enough electric shots land) so shooting feels worth it. Appreciate the feedback, thanks!
Yooo, thanks for checking out the game! Really appreciate the kind words! It actually started as a Muse Dash–style idea with a snowman surfing a wave, but the mechanics evolved as we went. The wave movement felt off, so it became more about distance and drag-based controls rather than a tap-up, tap-down mechanic. It's interesting how things shift mid-dev!
❄️ Frost Beat has released! 🎉🎉🎉
We’re excited to share our new rhythm game made for the 30 Days of Summer game jam!
In Frost Beat, surf the waves as a snowman and catch ice to the beat! The game features 7 songs, each with 3 difficulty levels. Think you can beat the heat and stay frosty?

ゲームの投稿を見てくれてありがとうございます!

I really like the pace of the game. It feels relaxing but still requires a nice sense of flow. It kind of reminded me of FNAF (check the cams, check the doors), but this time it's checking orders, managing the grill, adding sausages/patties. It’s pretty fun! Also, I really love the artwork, overall great game!
Thanks so much for playing and for the thoughtful feedback! Really glad you enjoyed the art, music, and vibe! Completely understand the frustration with the lack of incentive to shoot - you're absolutely right, and it's something we hoped to improve. We had plans for a combo system (like fire fizzling out on dirt, fire and water canceling each other, etc.), plus more level-based mechanics, but unfortunately ran out of time. Art took up a big chunk, which left less room for programming. We're always looking to improve, and your feedback really helps. Thanks again for playing and for being passionate about its potential, it really means a lot! :)
Glad you enjoyed the game! Yeah, Kitsuyan's definitely a little troublemaker :3 We actually had dialogue planned for two more scenes, but ran out of time - stirring up trouble is kind of her thing, lol. Good luck if you try the harder difficulties (Insane is crazzzzyyy), and thanks so much for playing! :D
Yoo thanks for checking out the game! Watched your video, and it was pretty wholesome! unfortunately we ran out of time to make easier levels to introduce the timing part. the second level can be beat it just requires a lot of quick turning lol. scriptless carried with the coding, i drew pretty pictures and coded here and there. yea. thanks for playing :)
