Awesome fit for the theme!

The puzzles rely heavily on precise execution, which can get a bit frustrating at times.

That said, the gameplay is solid, and the art and music create a polished experience.

The gameplay loop felt a really passive since all i did was just holding space.

Still, great job creating everything yourself in just 96 hours!

It was a little hard to notice when I was taking damage.

Still, a fun game!

The music feels great!

The pacing is a bit overwhelming at the start. It might help to introduce the enemies and controls gradually, level by level.

The puzzles were fun, and the pacing felt just right.

Chill gameplay and an awesome soundtrack!

Though personally, I prefer saving ducks :D

I tried it again and yeah, you were right. The problem was that pressing ctrl+w closes the tab. I totally forgot about that shortcut.

Great game! I really like that the boss fights are different in each loop.

In the first loop, I took my time exploring and looking for upgrades. In the next two loops, I skipped most of the dungeon and went straight to the boss. Maybe adding stronger upgrades or a leveling system could make the rest of the dungeon feel more meaningful.

Really enjoyable game! The sound from the guards was a nice help to avoid them.

Sadly i had some crashes while crouching in the browser version.

The visuals, sound, and gameplay all come together nicely.

I like the concept, but the gameplay felt a bit random — more about trial and error and remembering what worked, rather than making strategic choices. Maybe some more hints would help

Fun game! The music created a relaxing atmosphere, even while I was stressing to survive.

I'm glad you enjoyed the game!

Strange that there was no music or sound effects on your playthrough. I created music for the jam and used sfx for the door opening and the conveyor belt. I still hear them while playing.

Could it be that your browser was muted?

Thank you for playing!

The player is a "foxduck" created through an experiment, now trying to save their former self from becoming this abomination. The idea was inspired from the movie "Mars Attacks", where a woman's head is switched with that of a chihuahua.

Thank you for playing!

The holes are indeed intended to be used as a teleporter.

For the narrative: My idea was that you play as a duck who was transformed into a "foxduck" in an experiment and is now looping back through time to escape that future. Falling into holes doesn't mean death. Instead, it sends you back to your initial position, continuing the time loop.

Thank you for playing!

The fast forward button is a good idea and would be easy to implement. I'll look into it.

Thank you for playing!

My initial idea for the "Loop" theme was that a unit would always respawn at its starting position and never truly die. In the final game, I kept this concept in the later levels with the holes. (when you fall, you loop back to your initial position) The story loop theme came up, when i searched for a player character and created my foxduck abomination :D

I didn’t encounter the bug where you can walk onto the conveyor belt you're pushing during testing. Thanks for reporting it! I’ll look into it.

Thanks for the feedback!

The logic for pushing works like this: when you push an object, you move together with it. If you push the conveyer belt while the duck is on it, you're essentially pushing two objects at once.  It seems there are some edge cases where it looks like the duck is on the belt your pushing, but it's still registered at the belt before and the player and duck move to the same position. I'll look into it.

Thank you for playing!

Thanks for the Feedback!

A speedup button is a great idea to avoid to much downtime.

Love the artstyle and the idea! The move restriction sometimes is kinda depressing, but the puzzles are fun

Thanks for the positive words!

The art style was some kind of trial and error, but i'm happy that so many people liked it :)

Thanks for the feedback!

Good idea :) sound effects would add some juice.

Thank you for your feedback :)

Do you have any specific ideas for tasks that could be fun?

Thank you for the feedback :)

I wanted to implement custom control settings, but ran out of time. I will consider moving the default.

Sorry to hear that the full-screen button didn't work for you. No idea what could be wrong with the html5 export.

The final fence can be dealt with the special "Toni"-Unit, which you get after you reach the 800 milestone.

Thank you for playing despite of the problem and for the detailed feedback :)

For beating the game, you get the "Toni" Unit at the 800 hunger milestone. Toni deals 100x damage to the fence, and the high hp at the end was to prevent people from only playing with max 2-3 units.

Thanks for your message :)

Glad you liked the idea! I had a hard time finding something i like with the theme

Thanks for the feedback :)

Next time i will focus on easier controls :D

Thanks for the feedback :)

Thanks for the kind words :)

Thanks for the feedback :)

Glad you liked it :)

Thank you for the feedback!

Glad you had fun playing :)

Thank you for the feedback!

The separate buttons for selection and action felt kinda natural for me, but i will reconsider the controls.

I first though of warcraft 3 as a reference point for the controls, but had to remove boxselecting and commanding of multiple units, 'cause i felt it makes the game to easy.

Thank you for the feedback!

I will reconsider the controls.

I liked the sound and the movement. It gave a nice deep sea feeling.

The terrain felt a bit bumpy without vertical movement at the start, but all together a nice game in this limited time frame. Module description on the game page really helped while playing.

Cool art style! :)

The untangle mechanic wasn't to my liking, but the whole design made it worth to keep going.

I didn't know that reversi was so much fun. Nice implementation!

I know what's growing. My anxiety while playing. Nice atmosphere.

Sadly, I jumped down into the basement without the key and seemed to be stuck.
